UKECigstore - experience with customer service?

I've bought several "big ticket" items from this vendor and have been 100% satisfied with the service. My VTR turned up less than 24 hours after ordering in perfect condition. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
I'm not trying to diminish anyone else's experience, just giving my 2 cents.

Who is igottheremady is he from ukecig store I think he has a cheek coming on here and posting a post like that asking members to pm him. he need to take charge of his customer services team and check out the emails from me (my username should give him a clue) like I said in my post I shouldn't have had to go to PayPal to get my refund for a product with missing parts. Even when I rang there customer service you could tell that there was someone sat there yawning with the phone on speaker. I fully understand that there is a lot of happy customers and they are the ones he can easily deal with but its the one's that get thrown from pillow to post with emails and phone calls he needs to address. When my rsst came with the missing parts all they had to do was get the parts in the next available post :FAILED: refund if they can't get the parts :FAILED: I had to go through PayPal claims to get it back so I'm not going to want to buy again from them am I so they give me a store credit for my return postage of the rsst.
BUYING A PRODUCT FROM A VENDOR SHOULDN'T BE A GAMBLE.

The reason why I ask for users to PM me is because I need to see their order history, it's very difficult to reply without having all the customer's details in front of me.

With regards to the UKeCig logo on the back of the VTR, the third picture on the VTR product page clearly showed the logo.

Well its a big "NO" from me, this place is on Google with their poor customer service, what a great advert that is

At the moment, you have many concerned customers & you could at least use the forums to put people's minds at rest.

I'm seeing so many complaints about your customer service & especially lack of communication, I'm beginning to wonder about revoking yours & at1 's status & removing you from the list of vendors

Our website is going under maintenance and our IT team is expecting to fix the issues within the next 24 hours, this is the latest estimate I have.

All orders that customers have placed have been shipped except for pre-orders and a few out of stock items. Anyone who is particularly worried about an order can email [e-mail] or PM myself and they will receive a reply by tomorrow.

Have been watching their website as was interested in the VTR and Galileo. I emailed about the Innokin leather case that was listed as a addition with the mvp and if it was available separately. Was given a link to an Ego case.
As for the Galileo, Website advices 1st September and still did as of when the website went down. HELLO IT'S OCTOBER. Alas 2smok.com have them and know so do I.

I'm a new member here but an old member on UKVapers, and to date I've not come across any vender/retailer being slated this badly. Why you would need a customers order history I don't know. Order number, yes.
Here's one to remember. "The customer is always right even when he's/she's wrong"

To be fair @chrissie if the site is buggered its quite possible the email server is equally up the spout

No excuses for them mind - have to admit with this much negative feedback I'm thinking twice about ordering from them - indeed if anyone else was sticking the new Davide dual coil I wouldn't be...but it may not be entirely their fault

Both times I mailed UKeCigStore I got a mail back the day following. What worries me somewhat is that I specifically asked whether the Panasonic NCR18650B was compatible with the iTaste VTR and they said no... then I find out this is exactly what Fairy Gift send it out with.

Really strange how he keeps going offline ??? when he has so many questions to answer. You would think that he would stick around a bit and try to put peeps mind at rest..........But that's just me

bazzer I think igottheremedy is going off line to answer similar questions on other forums. It does look like he is now trying to make up for the lack of communication in the past.
