The Youtube channel was closed as our emails went down for while - two accounts are linked. Our emails are now up and the youtube channel should be back up shortly.

I hope that everyone can be patient with us for a tad bit longer - everything should be back to normal Monday evening.

I will keep updating everyone on this thread

When I saw the video Phill B did at ECE the Boss of Innokin was using just that same battery in his VTR

I'm new to this forum just registered because I am having issues with getting a response from UKeCig.

I paid for My items on the 26/09/2013




I then received a message on the same day telling me they didn't have the

Aqwa aClear DC New 2013
- Colour: Clear

or the

Organic-GeorgiaGold

in stock.

Which meant whatever happens I paid for a special next day delivery service when it was never possible to carry out.

This is the response I got, and you can see I also replied to it promptly.




I was fine with this as these things can happen I guess, even though the next day delivery was now out of the question.

I didn't receive my package so I sent another email



Still no response so another one a few days later



That message failed ? So i noticed they had a different support email on there downed website [e-mail], so i resent the same message the next day



Still haven't received a response to the situation, I actually rang them the other day I think it was last tuesday, it just went to answer phone but then the next day i managed to get through, I spoke to a lady on the phone, I wanted to give her my order ID but she didn't seem too interested and just asked me for my email address.

Obviously still nothing has happened which Isn't the greatest first impressions on a website that I might of potentially bought a lot more E-liquid or other products from.

Just in case UKeCIG is browsing over this my email is email address removed by Chrissie for safety issues. and my order ID is 54098
