UKeCIG replied to my PM, they said they have sent out the order today and will reimburse the the special delivery money or send me out a free pack of 5 atomizer heads.

Customer service at UK E Cigstore or no customer service. Ordered over £200 worth last Thursday for next day delivery, didn't arrive Friday phoned promised before 1pm Saturday surprise surprise no show. Phoned Monday, in the post will be with you tomorrow no show. Tried emailing twice,both times they bounced back, phoned three times today lady said i will get back to you, guess what no phone call !! This company will take your money no problem but you will struggle to get your goods.

Just confirms my intent to never ever use them - and I wonder how many other forum members will have read this thread and decided to do likewise. A perfect advertisement for how to NOT run an online business. My commiserations to everyone who has been affected by this despicable and underhand treatment. I am just grateful that all the online vendors that I have dealt with over the last 13 months have been exemplary in comparison.

The lack of response is astoundingly bad, and I personally think that if his customers mean so little to the business, he should try and tout for it elsewhere.
