A help me rant apologies in advance

Guys someone help me lol I'm actually having such a bad time vaping recently

This might be a long one
So it all boils down to flavour and taste .. I'm pretty sure my taste buds are fine
But my problem is Finding a juice that actually tastes nice and or a device that will play well with one I've been using vivi Novas and mini Novas now for about 6 months before this I was just using echomizers and vison egos and hs menthol mainly .. Then came along the vivi Novas everyone was raving about them and the appeal of just replacing the heads was to much for me to resist
Once I tried one wow I was in love I thought they were the dogs nuts flavour vapour and throat hit it seemed to have it all
BUT! Something's gone wrong they somehow no longer seem to please me at all
I'm always reading reviews on awesome juices but every time I order them they never seem to taste very nice pretty weak then not so long after they start to get a dodgy taste that I can't quite put my finger on infant even my hs menthol I always loved just doesn't seem to last long before it changes to a horrible taste
I've tried every pre made head I've even rewicked my own to the point I'm fairly certain they are made perfectly , I've tried all sorts of voltages ,wattages blah blah always comes back to this horrible taste lingering about my juices every single one even DV mentholyptus it shows up how it gets past the strong taste in that I don't know!
But it's there

griz peanut butter, hs menthol, froggys pear drops lemon merang ,xxx mints ,work rest play , tobacco and honey it's always there
I actually feel like crying about it
hey only thing I can't taste it over is ry4

So in a rage I ripped the bridge out of a 510 atty and proceeded to drip ... WTF! That's not the same juice .. Wash it out try enougher again where did this juice come from! Vivi Novas I hate you right now why can't you do this

Oh god I'm gonna stop ranting there and just ask some questions

1 Why do my Novas taste so bad and not let me use them no higher than 4w before they serious taste really really bad?

2 How does everyone seem to be enjoying these wonderful flavours surely not everyone is dripping? What are you using ? I think I've seriously missed something here

3 I'm I searching for something that's just not there or gonna cost a mortgage
I really want something a simular size to a vivi rebuildable would be preferred
But with a good taste and doesn't leak and actually has throat hit unlike my aga t ..that's another hate story ill leave out

4 Would someone give me a hug

I throw a lot of clearos and cartos away (well put them in a box) to try and keep only fresh ones on the go and I vary the juices to try not to get too board of them.
I find my Nova easily burns juice and can often have a metallic sort of taste, generally before I use a whole nova I want a different flavour anyway.

I've recently discovered dual coil LR stuff and find it quite hard to burn liquids because they fire so hot I don't need high voltages.
Loads of TH and flavoue as well as vapour but I'm finding within days they start to raise in ohms in start getting weaker and weaker.
My DC LR clearos are the same.

I've consigned myself to replacing them once a week to keep the performance up.

Stitch its not just you,i switced last nov/dec from cartos/tanks to novas and thought they were better
but just today i have switched back,for a few weeks my juice just didnt taste quite right,
back in the carto/tank again loads better and actually producing better vapour

Whoa this weird. Exactly the same has happened to me. Had problems with Nova's, flavour and draw seemed too 'thin'. Back on DCT's for the all day vaping. Flavours taste like they used once more.

I've always used carto's whilst on the Nova's/clearo's but favoured the capacity and rebuildability (?) of the latter. They just don't do it for me at the moment. Also started using flat kanthal on my AGA-S and that is an incredible improvement.

i too didnt get on with novas, i am now using cartos i find they give alot more flavour, vapor and throat hit

Ive had a similar day today, everything seems to taste horrid, all my different juices, im also using the mini nova, I think its my taste buds that are at fault though, I made some chicken curry tonight and my hubby thought it was really nice, it tasted awful to me.

When I have days like this I can just about get by thinking tommos will be better.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,hopefully

Take a break from them, crack open an echomiser and try that. Return to what you know works (or did at one stage at least). I do believe continual usage of one item desensitizes us. You probably need to vary your daily devices.

Cheers guys , it's good ..and bad I suppose to find I'm not the only one finding this , I've never had or used the dc tanks I was kinda afraid they might be the best option they seem like they might become expensive pretty quick , could you guys advise me a good tank and a cheap source of decent cartos to use with them?

I was tempted to try the vapenly bcc tanks but I've spent out this month now > funny enough all on liquid and an evic then Realised it was pretty pointless without a decent atomiser to go on top of it bahh live n learn I guess plonker ..

Try one of these Stich, comes with a carto punch so you can just use normal cartomisers

More expensive but this gives you the better option ... you don't have to get flanged carto's (flanged to secure them on the DCT) for this one since it has an adaptor section. Rather large but it means you can use pretty much any carto (2 tanks small and large plus punch tool)out there.

If you don't want a carto system but want an alternative tank system to a Nova-style, you probably should think about the AGA family as an entry. In this comment I am ignoring the Kanger Tx types since I have not personally tried them

Before you give up on the Novas you might like to try a dual coil head if you haven't already. I got mine from Viking.

Get yourself a clockworks RDA, easy to setup, amazing flavour and vapour and yes when I'm home in front of the TV direct dripping in the RDA is pretty much all I use
