Romelee has an excellent and easy to follow guide with youtube links to set up the Riva.
I'm sure he'll send it to you when he see's this post.
It does come with similar instructions though.

You can't go wrong with a menthol/mint as a first pick. They'll keep your taste buds working as you go through the "I can't seem to taste anything" phase of getting off the smokes

Don't put a flavour in the clearo until you decide your fav and I would say keep the menthol in a carto til you have more clearos. The menthol hangs around for ages. I sort of found out before someone mentioned it.

indeedy you will ! i got some 24mgs liquid but have moved down to 18mgs which i am more than happy with. when you order liquids, get small ones so you can really find your flavour good luck and well done with quitting.
by the way, it all seems so expensive to start with but is a great investment. i started with a nicolite

As said already nbee and to steal another forum members post (cannot remember who it was). It may seem a bit of expenditure right now, but it is nothing compared to buying smokes, as at least you will have some kit and flavours to show for it. With smokes all you'd have is a pile of ash and dog ends.

Even if it's not for you, you can always re-sell the kit and get some of your money back.

nbee the riva is idiot proof because even i know how to set it up LOL. s clicks on, 3 clicks off, long click to drag and puff. it even tells you when it has charged up!

im now going onto a vv spinner thingy but i do love the riva

Welcome to the forum:)

The Riva is great. You will soon be buying lots of samples to find the right flavours for you. If you don't like a flavour leave it for a few weeks and then try it again as your taste buds will change and the flavours develope over a period of time.
