Right i have changed my passwords. Cannot work out how to speak to ebay just comes up with loads of scenarios that are not relevant to me and even if i click one it still doesnt allow me to talk to anyone not even by email.

I must clarify that the person selling the nail kit is not the same person i bought the phone from. It is a different seller and what is worrying me is that i just checked this persons feeback and he has had 74 negatives in the last 12mths!!

Dolly have you got your wits together and informed Ebay

It's a shock I know as it happened to me - hell there were thousands of pounds of fake stuff trying to get through my account.

Take a deep breath and work it out

You won't get charged for the items.

obv a complete bell end,,,who`s account should have been closed by now
you have nothing to worry about with regards to your money
use the link above and explain to ebay and im sure they will sort it asap

Right, well they are inestigating it now. I have checked my bank account just in case and all ok. They wouldnt have got £800 out that account anyway not enough in it coz i went mad online shopping last week :-S

Yes, i will see if theres any info for me in the morning. I really don't want to not pay the man for the phone as i got a good deal on it and the ebay girl said he isn't linked to the problem. I did ask her why this idiot is still allowed to sell on ebay considering his appalling feeback. She said that will also be looked at.
