I am so worried about this i cannot sleep

I am in a bit of a state right now.
Yesterday the mobile phone i have had for 3yrs died on me, but luckily we managed to sell our old car this morning and they paid cash for it so I decided to go on Ebay and buy a seconhand one to replace it. All sorted i thought. Just before bed time i thought i would take a quick look to see if the seller had sent me an invoice yet. Imagine my shock and horror to find when i looked that it was listed that not only had i bought the phone, but there was another listing for a nail art drilling kit which i have supposedly bid for and won. Guess how much?......£800!!!!!! I can't sleep for worrying. How can i prove i did not bid for this? I have never even seen one before! I have sent the seller of this kit an email stating i have never even seen his listing let alone bid on it, but obviously not had a reply this time of night. I am worried sick now.

Inform Ebay as soon as you can they have probably hacked your details

this happened to me years ago

Just get in touch with Enay they will freeze your account

go to 'retract bid' section, retract bid. and inform ebay as Sootie suggested

Tell ebay ASAP dolly looks like your account has been hacked obviously you won't be paying for the nail art kit! I would also hold off paying for the phone just yet but email the seller to let them know what's going on. Good luck getting sorted and try not to loose too much sleep over it! X

google it if u cant find the live chat on ebay itself and speak to them str8 away
as already said go and retract bid
and when you do bid for another phone as i assume you will make sure there uk with 100%feedback and a good post count
failing that ask the good members here im sure some one got a 2nd hand fone going begging

Dolly presumably although you've supposedly "won" this item no payment will have been made so your money will still be safe. Ebay are good at sorting this type of situation out, don't panic

The phone seller has 133 feedbacks 100% postive. Thats why i bid on it.

I've no advice to offer Dolly but I hope you manage to sort it before any damage can be done.

1st and foremost i would change your email addy password then your paypal password for good measure
if a hacker as got into your account is more likely they have been in your email and then had the password recovery sent there from ebay
may not be the case but wont hurt to change them to be on the safe side :-)
edited to add ...check your security on email password recovery
mine is set to notify me by fone on and changes requested :-)
gamil hotmal i know for fact are really easily hacked by people in the know (hackers)
