Hey peeps! Just thought I'd pop in and say hi to everyone. I started smoking when I was 13 (I know I started young, but that's peer pressure for you at school lol). I'm coming up 33 this year and thought it's about time I gave up! I saw a friend of mine using an E-lite in a pub and thought it looked impressive, had a couple puffs myself and thought this might actually help me give up! I bought an E-lite a couple weeks ago and although I liked it, it just didn't create enough vape or taste for my liking. Realising how much I was gonna have to spend on the carts for it and that it worked out more expensive than actually smoking, I decided to look online for idea's to make it cheaper. A friend of mine has something similar to the Riva kit so did some research and after finally finding this forum and watching several reviews on Youtube, I just ordered myself this kit and used the discount code from here for the 10% off. I'm really looking forward to it turning up and can't wait to start using it! I already bought some green apple juice from totally wicked which turned up today, but after filling one of my cartos for the e-lite I was very disappointed, I only got a very small vape and only a little taste. As soon as my Riva turns up I'll be chugging away on that for sure! I can't wait to get the full taste of it and proper vape like when I was smoking. Anyway, hope to speak to you guys more and get advice from time to time on flavours etc. Regards, Mike

Hi Mike and welcome I think most people would probably steer you towards different juices, but you've got plenty of time to discover the wealth of flavours out there. I haven't got one myself but the Riva does seem to be the consensus beginner's kit. My Elites have been gathering dust since I got my Innokin! Never tried refilling them, but then they are generally just rubbish, really

Hello & welcome Mike You have made a good choice (& from a very good vendor). You will notice such a difference using the Riva compared to an Elite

Thanks for the welcoming guys!
I wasn't expecting some replies already, loving it hehe.
Yea after reading on this forum some of the other new guy posts I realised that the Riva was the way to go for starters. As many others have said it's a bit expensive to start off with, but once you've spent that initial investment it's really cheap. And comparing it to how much I'd spend on cartos for the E-lite I thought I might as well take the plunge.
I went with that vendor due to you guys always recommending him from other newbie posts. Already had an email saying order being processed, pretty excited I must say haha.

Welcome to the forum:)
You won't reget getting a Riva.
Try not to worry about the cost. The start up costs of anything are always mroe than you think. I have spent around £150 on Vaping since I started 2 weeks ago, however I have enough juice to last me roughly 6/9 months:) In that time I would have spent roughly £370 on analogues.

Hi and welcome from me too! You have made a good choice with the Riva kit. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. It'll be a world away from your E-Lites. XXX
