Ok, so I thought its time to post on this one, Riva 1100, what I have noticed is that every new member is jumped on to buy this, ,, WHY ,, after all it is only an 1100 bat ( no vv )and a few carts + 1 ce4 , and for £35 am sure far far better could be had for the same money.

An 1100 mah battery lasts along time between charges and you get two batts they are simple no hastles, I started on one of these and still use it when im at work with a vivi on it . i think they are brill for a starter kit.

Because its a great starting point catros, a clearo, a case, a charger and a pair of good solid long lasting battery's for the cost of a weeks smoking, Most new members don't want a vamo they want something subtle , Most people don't want to draw attention to themselves and walking around with a mod the size of a truncheon gets attention, I started with 2 riva 650s and tbh they were great and are still great, i have my dad using them now and have moved on to bigger things. Just my opinion

As someone who has recommended the Riva kit to several new members, let me explain my reasoning 1 Thirty five quid for 2 batteries, 5 carts, a clearo and a charger actually strikes me as pretty good value for money. I would struggle to find "far far better" for £35... 2 It comes as a kit which has everything a newbie needs (apart from juice). It's far easier for all concerned to say "buy this kit, it has all you need" 3 Jason is a top vendor and I can recommend VapeEscape to a newcomer safe in the knowledge that their gear will arrive quickly and safely I can only make a recommendation based on my own experience and that's what I do. What would you recommend instead?

Just off the top of my head in the same price range that could be had without looking,
1 ego twist bat 1 ego 650 or 900 1 mini nova, with spare heads, easier to fill also. 1 charger.

its easy to use and hassle free which was a huge selling point for me. mods are scary for new vapers, seriously scary! what with twiddling this and twaddling that. i needed something to plug and go and with the second battery.. simple !

LOL People dont want to go shopping they want to press buy wait a couple of days and start vaping, For a person new to vaping its confusing to think does this fit with that etc. Kit form is the easy way to begin at least you know it will all work together.

I do think that the 'kit' form is hugely attractive to new vapers! Jason surveyed vapers before he put that kit together to get feedback, it seems to have worked I think it's great to see relatively new vapers so pleased with their kit that they are happy to recommend it to others

£35.00 for a kit that has everything possible to vape is a bargain in my eyes

That is missing Cartomizors which are good to have as some like Nova's some don't Missing a carry case for ease of carrying in a bag etc

Mybad Last Friday I was this new member and did not know anything about Vaping other than cig-a-likes. After reading recommendations on here for the Riva 1100 kit from VE I did wonder what all the fuss was about. So I went off and searched around the net for more info on the Riva 1100 and could not find one bad review on it anywhere. What appeared to be very experienced vapers all rated it very highly. Decided to go for it and I think I received incredible value for money considering all the other bits that come with it. I'd say many people changing to an e-cig see it has a way to either stop smoking completely or to cut right down and not a way to start up a new hobby or habit in vaping. In that regard I think the Riva kit I bought is ideal for newbies. Not saying there isn't better out there, how could I? But for an entry level easy to use e-cig it's more than good enough.
