Smoking rather obviously factors in most of them.

Interesting thing is the table at the bottom.

Sweden has the lowest cancer rates in the table (they are at 1 for lung cancer UK is 12.)

Right so I guess The Borg was talking utter bollocks when he said Snus is a health risk because Sweden looks a pretty healthy place to live according to this.

There's some more evidence that he doesn't give a flying toss at a rolling doughnut about anyone's health.
