Run Forest Run

It’s been 5 months and 20 days of vaping. So what have I noticed so far? My irritable bowel syndrome has gone down the pan, no more dodgy bellies I don’t cough anymore, my weight has gone down a bit as I’m a bit more active and even got a bike now and slowly starting to get in to again and the biggest surprise that I had was I was at the park at the weekend playing tic and tac with my niece, she ran off, my wife shouted Run Forest Run and I followed must have ran for about ½ a mile and was even able to breath after it not bad for 49 year old, bald fat git So vaping works and could save my life as I’ve never felt this good in years. What people were thinking when they seen us, don’t know, Surprised now one called the police

Well done Graeme, it sounds like you have confirmed what we all believe already, that vaping is better for you than smoking. A definite life saver for all of us I hope, and great that you had fun......it ought to be a marrathon for you next

Brilliant. I've noticed my legs don't ache so much when I run and I can breath through my nose at night. I've never been able to breath through my nose I night! I thought I was just built that way! Glad your feeling so good Graeme.

Well done genguskhan although running does seem a bit to much like hard work. The other day I did break out into a brisk walk while I was going down the street.

Running? S'great! You be careful or you'll find yerself a new other hobby there. I'll be interested to do my lung capacity test soon after only 2 months off the fags. I certainly feel a big difference. Well done, you!
