That was exactly the same way i used my vamo, low and then high, but used vv instead as i like that warm feeling of juice Shouldnt make any difference really, when you adjust on Variable Wattage, all it does really is adjust the voltage taking into account the resistance of the atty. Voltage is the only variable there if you are using the same atty. The beauty of VW is that no matter what resistance atty you put on the Vamo it will give you the same amount of power (watts) every time and therefore the same amount of heat, vapor etc I don't know much about VV/VW but when i was using the Vamo on VV it deffo made the vape feel warmer with more vape and taste whilst VW done less warmth, slightly less vape but more TH ??? Both modes was using a 2.8 carto. I must just be special

if you have some 18650 batts that are charged put one of them in and see if it makes a diff, it could be an issue with the 350 batterys that you havce I know you may struggle to carry it but try it just for testing purposes

One of the things that bugs me a lot is when some people say that the same atty with the same juice in it tastes better on a Provari than it does on a Vamo with the same settings lol. It really tastes exactly the same, Provaris dont have magical volts with special Provari fairy dust sprinkled on them lol. They are all just battery holders although some are better than others with more features................ermmm...................for example, the Vamo has Variable Wattage, the Provari doesnt. Did you tweak the power up at all on VW to try and compensate? Where did I leave that flac jacket ???

Other than the odd shut off which is my fault as it has the rubbish spring in it.

Funny that you mention the Provari, i always wondered when i read that things are better on the Provari it made me think "aint it just a battery like the Vamo"...and "Why pay £100+ for a Provari when you can buy a Vamo" I never said anything because i was not sure and didn't want to upset Provari users Yep tweaked the power on VW and still was not better than VW for special me

The 18350's that came with my Vamo were carp and never worked properly. They would show fully charged, 1 vape, drained, checked on multimeter. Binned em and got some decent ones.

If you have no atty on the Vamo, the ohm reading should be 9.9 (same as if you had no contact being made) It will always read 3.0v or 3.0w when you first put a battery in, until you adjust it. LOv usually means flat battery or spring problem. Mine remembers the settings when I take a battery out and put one back in as should all V2's. It could be The Phoenix has a V1 because they don't remember the settings when the battery is removed. Maybe try stretching the spring a bit? Yes mine is a V1 (with a hot spring) A Vamo pioneer me. I've just put a RDA which I mis-coiled at 1.1o, which works fine on an old e-power mod, on the vamo and it correctly read LOo when I fired it. LOv is deffo battery (or spring problem). The only problem with mine is the - button does not work any more so I can't check the battery voltage, or cycle down. Luckily it was set on watts when it stopped working.

Whatever it is ..the spring or the battery, something is not right. Just had to change the battery again after just 3 hrs vaping a new charged battery650, was checking the resistance an up came NO1 instead of NO2 which I set it at from the onset. It is supposed to remember that setting permanently isn't it?
I am sending it all back to Jason see what he makes of it, if my friend cannot come down to look at it for me.

Yes it should remember the N01/N02 setting whether it's a V1 or a V2.
