We've already done Mother's Day in our house, as I am working tomorrow and won't be home whilst my daughter is home. All went swimmingly well. Another commercial hurdle jumped successfully. Just birthday and then Easter to go and I'm on the home straight till our anniversary at the end of the year!

I hit the shops a few minutes ago for a card (as men tend to the day before... just before closing time.)
There were about a million Mum cards and only 4 Mummy cards.
As our little boy is only three I wanted a Mummy card, but all 4 of them were from "Your little Princess" or "Your little lady"
So what gives, do only little girls call their Mums "Mummy" now?
Going to have to hit Moonpig or something, it'll be late but at least it will be a nice card.

Kibbs, make one with your son! Yeah, guess so. My art skills suck though :/ Was thinking of getting her a card with a picture of both of them on it because then it more of a memento or even a mug or something that she can see everyday and is useful. |
