Not at my work, or Costa, or on the Train. Does anywhere else matter?

There haven't been any reports of them going off in plane loos, only reports of pleasant fruity smells being left behind, so should think not.

I wouldn't stand right underneath a smoke alarm and vape up at it I would think it be fine, not set one of yet!

Thanks, it was a loo in a plane I was interested in knowing about......I asked if I could use one while seated and got a lecture about why it was not allowed, but the attendant did not mention the loo. Think I will try it on my next plane journey just for the hell of it.

Emmita, I used one of these on the plane while seated! Small enough to be totally concealed in your hand! I was in the middle seat, hubby on one side and DS on the other. I just took very small puffs and held it in for quite some time so very little vapour was emitted! www.vapeescape.co.uk/the-sd-keyring-ecig~266

Alarms may only go off in very high levels of vapour (due to humidity on the circuit board) but highly unlikely, else boiling kettles would set them off. If you do set one off, I'd like to know which atty you are using ! (Presumably 100% VG as well)
Alarms work on either ionisation (basically detecting smoke particles) or photoelectric sensors (smoke deflects light) plus they have heat detectors.

maybe a new smoke detector then ? Smoke alarms fine too, just very sensitive, hence I don't stand under them vaping

...going off in plane loos, only reports of pleasant fruity smells being left behind... Don't usually get that in the same sentence!
