A little help!

Hi guys, been on the vapour trail for about 2 weeks now, after picking up what i believe is a ego starter kit from a seller in my local town centre, at the moment my favorite flavour is fruit punch, but has started leaving me heavy headed and a little sickly, the seller said they make there own liquids in a 80/20 formula and said they use the best ingredients.(well you could expect them to say that.lol). My question is what would be the next step up or upgrade, also could someone recommend a seller where maybe, i wont have the heavy head and sickly feeling. After smoking for over 25 years, i have almost got there and are down to about 5 cigs a day a big big reduction from the days before the ego, any help,suggestions would be great.Thanks.

That feeling is normal, although mine lasted a day, its gone now. Im a newbie myself. Maybe you are just vaping harder as you like the flavour as it has been 2 weeks. You could lower the % of nicotine, as its the nicotine (I believe that makes you light headed and sicky.)

Matt is probably right - it sounds like too much nicotine to me. Drink plenty of water, usually goes quickly.

Next stage from an ego starter kit would probably be variable voltage. Changing the volts changes the amount of taste and throat hit. An ego twist or spinner for instance. Or you could go for something big and powerful like a Vamo www.vapeescape.co.uk/ego-vv-vw-18650-mod-vamo~466. But you may prefer to spend your money on different juices or different clearomisers depending on what your experience is so far and what it is that makes you still want a fag.

I agree with t'others...............it may be that the nic is too high for you.............what mg content is the nic in the juice? If you have reduced your cig smoking before starting vaping............then you may be better off with a low nic juice

Hello from me too - I agree that it's likely to be too high a nicotine level in your juice that's making you feel bad. I assumed (as a heavy smoker) that I'd need at least 18mg juice, but after a couple of weeks I already want to move down to 12mg, because I'm enjoying the flavours of the vaping so much that I'd like to be able to vape more without getting a headache from too much nicotine! You, as a light smoker, might find something like 6mg works better for you. There's a whole world of flavour/strength/PG/VG combinations out there to explore, and with samples being so cheap, no reason not to try loads of them until you find the one you love. Best of luck!

WOW what a welcome, thanks for all your advice and will take it all onboard, will i be able to use the vamo on my ego crystal system? Also is there a way to try different flavours without having to clean kit out each time, as i have been doing, but still leaves a bit of a taste from the previous flavour.

You will need an atomiser, which you drip onto the coil, put a tip on and have vape. You can clean out clearos but tasting a few flavours without needing to clean it out, but to get the flavour instantly (instead of vaping it through) then an atomiser is what is needed.

I still need to get one so no suggestions from me.
