I'll take a photo Adam, bear with me as it takes my laptop/Photobucket ages to upload etc. I did think about contacting ECW about it, but I used my Wiz points to ' buy ' so got it for nothing really.

I purchased the 2mm Ekowool from ecigwizard about 4 weeks ago and there are no defects luckily.

That definitely looks like a fault. I got 5m of the 1mm from ECW a little while ago and that is all perfect and exactly the same as I got with my original Kayfun. Looks like the machine had a hiccup when it was producing that bit! If there are a lot of faults like that it might be worth getting it replaced - at £2 per m it is not cheap!
