Hi. New to all this

Yeah i started with a "Health e cig". To be honest i can't really knock it. It's the device that got me off of cigarettes. It worked very well. I got plenty of vapour off of it. However the battery life wasn't very good for me. I work outside all day every day. I had to upgrade to a model with a bigger battery.
Only the battery life really made me look toward geting another e cig. I am pleased i did though as the cartridges on my new one last much longer too. And they're easier to re-fill.
Vaping is a lot less stressful and fiddly when you have a better e cig. Of course you don't realise this untill you upgrade.
On my "health e cig"i was getting through 4 to 5 cartridges a day. This was after thinking 1 cartridge should last me. If i had to start a second cartridge in a day i was worrying that i was becoming seriously addicted to e cigs....lol

Belated greetings.
Your mouth ulcer may be due to cutting down/out the baccy rather than the e-juice. One time I quit for 4 months and the first 6 weeks I had mouth and throat ulcers, a persistant cough and cold sores and zits. All the toxins wanted out and I felt like sh*te. There were many quitting attempts and that was the only time I ever experienced that.

When you get your new gear you may need to keep separate atties for strong flavours ie menthol in one atty, unless you don't mind a hint of menthol in everything you vape and coffee is another that stays with the attie.

Menthol is handy if you get a baccy flavour you aren't majorly keen on. Just add a drop or two. Likewise if you get chocolate or coffee that isn't sweet enough add a drop of Amaretto (lush).

Use an attie one day and rest it the next if you can. They're supposed to last a bit longer that way.

Vaping can be quite dehydrating so you need to up your fluid intake.
