Maxine, as you can imagine it's more or less impossible to get the same flavour as smoking a real cig. My favourite tobacco flavour is Paradise vapes LnB.

Hi maxine this is a wonderful site its the only forum i stay on now for my e-cig fix as they are all lovely people on here.I wish i was like you tho and found it on my first ecig trails as i just decided to quit and just use ecigs but ive learnt so much in the past month it can be a bit daunting.But once you learn a few bits and bobs youll get the hang of it.You can never have too many attys or batts as these are the two main things to have IMO

If you're ordering from James at Paradise vapes, I can highly recommend his strawberry and lemon flavours just in case you want something a bit fruity to try. Also his blackcurrent is fantastic.
I like James's LnB too, I aslo like his Drum flavour.

There're so many wonderful flavours to try, it's a bit like a chemist shop here LOL

Dee i gotta agree with the LnB and the golden virginia cant belive how close they are to the real thing.I think the LnB has won over the Benson fences in my books.

Caramel is popular with some people here, I can also recommend Paradise Vape tobacco flavours, they're all good. Just one thing, you are not quitting the ciggies, you're switching to e cigs. Remember that for later.

Hi Maxine and i'll add my welcome to the chorus you have already received.

I'd just like to say that if you intend to quit smoking (sorry Lee) then you are giving yourself the best chance possible by doing it with an e cig. I've been 5 weeks without a fag now. And i'm calm. I've tried so many times to quit that i've lost count of my failures.

Coming on this forum has helped. I've learnt so much. From knowing nothing about e cigs at all.
I like golden virginia for my tobacco taste. 24mg. I don't always need 24mg but it's there if i do need it. If i'm a little stressed all i have to do is take a couple of draws and i'm cool.

thanks everyone for your welcomes. Ive only had about 5 real cigs today , so thats a big improvement already. they were mostly smoked because im used to standing out the back garden having a quick ciggie when I let the dogs out.

Ive got my order in for some liquids now so hopefully it will all be here soon. I will take my little ecig into work tomorrow and hopefully it will get me through til 2pm. Ive got a mouth ulcer on the inside on my cheek come up tonight. could this be caused by the ecig? Ive been using it quite a lot today?

Maxine, I smoked and vaped for two months, before I gave up cigarettes entirely. When I was down to two cigarettes a day, that's when I quit using them. That was over a year and a half ago and I have never looked back.

Take your time, if you are down to 5 cigs a day now, you will soon be off of them.

I have not experienced any mouth ulcers due to e-cigs, but keep a close eye on it.

Dunno about the mouth ulcer. I haven't had one while i've been vaping.

Its funny to hear people saying they are smoking and e cigging/vaping. If you were to go a whole day just using your e cig i bet you would hate the taste of a cigarette. It's strange how that is. But thats how it is. You'll see for yourself soon enough. It's amazing.

It's funny to hear you say about going outside for a fag too. When i first started with my "health e cig" i kept going out to the garage (where i used to smoke). Took me a while to be comfortable sitting in my front room and "smoking/vaping".

I feel great though and thats something that starts happening pretty quickly.

The way i decided to make the switch was i looked online constantly for 2months on a few sites well 2 actually lol and read some reports about ecigs about the safty of them and what not and thats when i decided i got my first ecig parcel 1month 2weeks and 1 day ago now and i love vapeing.I also havnt had any ulcers or any problems with makeing the switch from analogs to ecigs.

Where did you order your juice from maxine?and what first ecig kit did you buy?

Im not sure where the ecig came from, its a e health one that looks like a real cig. it was in a box of things my daughter dumped here. There was some ornaments and bits from her trip to china so she may have purchased it there. I think shes probably got it for her boyfriend but hes quit smoking all together now. lol i hope the liquid was for the ecig because it was inside the box with all the cartridges and chargers. All it says on the box is the word high and on the bottle it says yunyan.

the mouth ulcer is really small. maybe it was coming up anyway. I only noticed it was there when i smoked my last real cig after tea time.

A few people have recommended the caramel so im going to give that a go when i order more next week. Think I best just stick to what Ive ordered so far or theres going to be no money left for food shopping lol.

Yeah that is a nice juice but i cant just stick with one juice lol im a swpper lol.I would highly reccomend getting a riva kit or a ego-t battery.
