Hi, Robby. I wasn't notified that it would be sent in two packages. The whole order would only have been 630g, so not huge. My account shows that the order is "completed". It was definitley not opened. i even opened it in the collection office so a staff member could witness it. There would have been no room for the Vamo's regardless!

The lack of notification wouldn`surprise me, maybe out of stock on the Vamos, they are "unconventional" to say the least :-(

Well Paypal have naturally ruled in MY favor with regards to my faulty Vamo and have a refund pending return of it. Its still going to cost me return postage of around £9 - £14 depending on if I want a signature, which is nigh on 50% of what it cost.
My RMA is STILL unconfirmed on the VB website, but I notice they have had time to setup an account here this morning.

Fails to start most of the time with the screen just flashing continuously, cuts out with error code 02, when it does work it gets hot in the upper section. To be honest I had said I would still use VB, but as they can't be bothered to send any kind of message even after me having to resort to using Paypal Dispute I don't think I will. There are plenty of other companies supplying what I want so I will take my business elsewhere. I doubt it will affect them in any way, but I would rather give my 'hard earned' to a company that has some common decency. NO return slip, NO confirmation, NO contact.

The site says not to send back without confirmation, there is no return slip either. The process is flakey at best.

Confusing, I would have thought if they have given you a number- #000020 it meant that it was approved. It says, "Here are the merchandise returns that you HAVE MADE" ???

monomach, have you not been able to talk to them online? Waited in queues online for them, sent them emails, at best all I get are automated responses to my emails saying they have been forwarded to the team. I start work at 06:30 and do not have access to their online chat except on days off. I will just send it into the black hole with a tracking number now that Paypal have made their decision.

awww how frustrating for you i've had that with ebay stuff when you send it back, put a note in specifically asking for return postage to be refunded too. at least you have asked and if they are a decent vendor, they should comply

It`s in the T and Cs that the customer is responsible for shipping. Now,I dont read them either lol, but it is common for goods from China.
Anyway, I`m not saying another word about it.

I'm also still waiting on an RMA from 2nd February! 5 crappy ce2's sent instead of 5 fluxomisers. I should have learnt the first time!
