"Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable." That's a bit out of order if something is faulty and not the customers fault. Yes it is unfair and out of order, but it isn`t unusual Simon for goods from China.

For the second time or more than 2 times customers? Refund and replacement is avaliable. Is Min saying that if you had problems previously with past orders you can expect to get a refund and a replacement. How many times does he expects the customer forgiveness. what a nerve Mono I hope you get a total refund and sorted soon

That`s fine mono, but it really isnt fair to say "They have UK buyers by the short and curleys and could send any amount of faulty items as return costs are so high." You were unlucky. It`s in the T and Cs that the customer is responsible for shipping. Now,I dont read them either lol, but it is common for goods from China. Anyway, I`m not saying another word about it. It is fair to say fella, but I am NOT suggesting they do. The point is the return costs are high enough that some probably won't bother. By the time you factor in shipping fees and petrol to the post office etc you have to weigh up how much out of pocket you are going to be. I know you seem to have a good customer relationship with them, and that's great, but I have had less than a satisfactory experience.

T and Cs mono, they are there if you look for them, like I said earlier, I dont lol, but you have to abide by them. But I also know that I am getting a Vamo for £17 and I know that you arent going to get UK service when you arent paying UK type prices. I expect the odd problem from that sort of site and that sort of priced goods and have had them. I also know that I am quids in overall. I have sent all the relevant info about your problems again today to Min, hopefully something will be sorted

loads of complaints on his facebook page. That has been like that for about 3 or 4 months @spikeyfridge so it is out there for all to see. I suppose you have to make a judgement whether you risk it or dont. From my own point of view, it has saved me a lot of money buying from there and I will go on risking it. Things are getting better, but new chinese staff dealing with English speaking customers (in our case) takes time and experience. They are nearly there. and he still isnt going to stock the curly wirly pig`s thingy vamo3

I won't use VB again. My first order went through like clockwork, so I placed a bigger order, including a load of e-juice, some 1100mAh Ego batteries etc. When I received no dispatch notification a few days later I messaged him a number of times before he finally admitted that they were no longer shipping juice to the UK. He offered me a refund, which I accepted but never received. I ended up having to claim my money back through PayPal. After that I've noticed that the price for the Vamo has jumped up by about $15 for the full kit, so a quick search on Alibaba found a bunch of much cheaper suppliers!

My last order went to a PP dispute before I got my cash back, and I did give him two months and a few message attempts. Don't like to moan about a vender many find OK, but feel its fair that people see the negative side as well.
I won't use him again!

I ordered from VB on Sunday night, a pile of cheap stuff (<£20). I got a Tracking number emailed on Monday morning. The tracking # does not work, but it did say China post can take 3 days to update their systems.... We shall see.

That`s fair enough Archie, but a lot has happened over the last couple of months, they have 4 new staff now (before they were trying to cope with just one and "help" now and again, and they have learned from their mistakes. They do make the odd mistake even now, but given a bit more time they will be fine. The Vamo took them and everybody else by surprise when they started selling it at what was and still is the cheapest price on the web. That coupled with the eliquid shipping problems a couple of months back made a total mess of the system with stuff coming back from customs when other venders were getting e liquid shipped. So it is getting better and will continue to improve.

The tracking number not working is perfectly normal for a few days, it`s not just Vapourbreak that it happens to.

Nevertheless, Robby, he, Min is doing himself no favours. Why no liquiid shipments to UK? Really because of the problems with shipping and the way it was messing up his system and orders with just himself doing everything basically, some with e liquid and some without. I am fairly confident that e liquid will return within 14 days, but I dont know what way he will be shipping them. He had a lot of difficulty getting staff in who had a little English at least. He doesnt like it either, a big part of his business is e liquid sales. But again, we are coming to the point where it will be back on sale at VB joy
