I don't think there is a 'best' method of vaping; it's a matter of taste. I prefer my 510 for vapour and my 901 for flavour. I would also give a big thumbs up to my Evos but for the very irritating, over-sensitive 2 minute cut-off switch. My Screwdriver is convenient in regard to battery life but looks too much like a medical device for me to use away from home.

As to technique, that's down to trial and error. A long, steady draw generally produces the best results (except for the Evo that will automatically cut-off if drawing for five seconds, sometimes shorter than that and if the atty is too dry).

I've purchased my hardware from Totally Wicked, OKsmokey, Liberty Flights, Intellicig and Vapour Station.

Raggy, as Foxy says, a lot is down to taste - ie design & what suits each individual.

The other thing that makes it difficult to answer your question is that nobody has tried every single e-cig (mods & all) on the market - though some on ECF have got close to doing so

Whether a mod or not, I think manual batteries are the best way to get a good vape. One thing to remember is that every attie needs to be heated up before it will create any vapour. So with an auto battery you need to take an initial short drag to do that, with a manual one you can just press the button before taking a drag & it'll do it for you.

I mostly use my 901 with my passthrough at home, i like the 510 too but think i need to find a stronger tasting juice to use with it, maybe a strong menthol would hit the spot...

For work, i also use mostly my 901, i take a charged battery as spare and thats me for 12hr shift, 4 vaping breaks...im only out for 10 mins maybe, so vape like crazy and it does me fine...

I'm flying to London on friday night, till monday, just wondering what security will make of all my juice bottles cos im only taking hand luggage....i wont have room for my lotions & potions....lol

Agree with the other posts it is down to what you perceive looks good and does the job for you.

I love my ScrewDriver to me it is sexy and looks like a work of art - is well balanced - feels good & it simply works .
I use it 24 hrs a day, it goes everywhere with me, I actually feel a lot more comfortable using it than I did the 901 .

Most of the mods are just battery holders so you have to decide what looks good to you and will do the job.
You wont know what feels good till you try it.

They will all feel a bit odd for the first few hours but, imho anything with a button is a big + .

I like my screwdriver - nice to hold and good to look at. I find it rather gobbles up the juice and produces that nasty burned taste sometimes when the batteries are fresh.

I think it's a wee bit blokish for me to use out and about and the 901 reminds me of an art deco cigarette holder - the glossy black is very elegant.

I'm very comfy with my SD - but I don't get the burned taste, though maybe that's because my batteries are all old.

I'm sure that's what I'm doing Keef. It gobbles up the juice so that I need to top-off every few draws. I'm using it with an adapter and 510 atties; I get more vapour but need more juice.
