Since I got the Provari, I don't like the feel of my Ego Twist any more so I'm thinking of getting a cheap - very cheap - mod as back-up. The UTD-510 looks like it might fit the bill but I've never heard of it so I'd welcome opinions, please. Here's the link: www.e-smokeireland.eu/product-p/udtl.htm

Cracking little mod I have 2 and at the moment I am only using them as opposed to my Vamo or Nutz 18350 boosted. Also selling them here if you are UK based

Excellent. Thanks so much for the quick feedback.
Ballsy: I'm in Ireland and can collect the mod from the vendor so no postage charges. I was looking for something like the Joye mod tube that was recommended on another thread when I found the UDT. Looks like I'm sorted.

Looks nice Ballsy. What's a Boaby? It looks like a Vivi Nova? I only use Vivi Novas or Mini Novas.
Are they variable voltage?

It's a glass tank that you put punched cartomisers in... I had a bag full of cartos that I never got around to using so thought I would be frugal and get a wee boaby to use them up After buying one a few days ago, I love it so much I bought 2 more so I can have a couple of juices on the go at once... So much for my frugality The UDT-L is not VV but mine is vaping like a champ. Also I have had the same AW 18350 battery in it all day !!! I do usually use 2 or 3 in my Vamo so maybe I'm not vaping as much as usual but UDT-L definitely uses less power.

Thanks Ballsy and 4madcats. I'm going to buy one because it's too cheap to pass up and if it doesn't work out I'll go looking for a the Joyetech one because that looks like it might have VV. I'm trying to keep expenditure to a minimum because these days it's hard to justify buying non-essential stuff.

The Joyetech one is a good buy but it's not vv. It's either 'regulated' or 'unregulated' I'm trying to keep expenditure to a minimum because these days it's hard to justify buying non-essential stuff. Indeed
