I ordered two of the VV350 kits which lasted a few hours till they packed in.The type with the plastic bodys are very poor quality.I have sent a video of the broken kits and am still waiting for a reply.I sent the email on 22/03/13 and am still waiting to resolove the issue.I want to change the faulty plastic bodys for the stainless steel type.I have been using the VV350 stainless body with no problems.Can I please have an answer? A quick update.Vaporbreak have been in touch and are dealing with the problem.I will let you know the outcome

Received 10 of these from Vaporbreak the other day But the Cartridges were not included So I messaged them and the are adamant that a Cartridge is not included with the item Now I may be mistaken but as you all can see it clearly states they include a Cartridge Also the Site still has this item for sale....They have not changed the listing even after I pointed this out I am very reluctant to purchase from them again and suggest you all think twice before you do Hi, the description of the EGO-C atomizer is out of date. One of them burnt out on first use and the other lasted about 4 hours and packed in.Very bad burning smell and then just packed in.Vaporbreak have been in touch and are going to replace them.I have ordered quite a bit of stuff from them in the past and never had a problem.This has restored my faith in them
