I always assumed the seller would claim it back from RM if they had proof of postage? RM never made it a simple a process when they did honour COP's Collie . . . I did eventually get my money back ( months down the line ) when I had a couple of small Ebay parcels go astray. The certificate used to cover up to the value of a 1st Class Stamp x 10 . . . it's very different now from what I understand from my local sub PO. From what I've been told anyone claiming is now lucky to get some stamps back as compensation. It's a move to push us into using the more expensive tracked delivery options.
