They look OK, what I would check is the diameter, I seem to recall some of the large capacity cells were too fat to fit in the Vamo.
Both will give over 5 amps discharge current so that's OK.

I use the 3400mah panasonics and they are fine. +1 for the pannys If you have something to tide you over, these are available, 2 for Just over £11 with a free battery case, will take about 10 days though. Same here as Robby, if I use Vamo only it's an easy all day and a half. Can stretch to 2 days if I stick a Riva in my pocket too. I tend to recharge at around 3.5v after a day and a half. That's vaping at around 8 to 9 watts.

Make sure you ONLY use them in your Vamo, they are unprotected batteries so not suitable for a mechanical mod.

They will only be used for the vamo as i use 2200 mah in the lavatube v4 and i use my protected in my gripper
