Ok so I'm ripping my poor hair out every attempt at DIY has turned out a complete flop god knows how many concentrates I've gone through now but they always taste perfumery only thing I've managed to slightly get on with is dv mentholyptus but even that is doing my head in seems a fine line between vapeable and burnt Anyway has anyone used flavourart ry4 nutzilla and übermenthol concentrates? I've only used Capella up until now figured I'd try something else and these just looking for advise on what percentage would be best as I can't seem to find bugger all from my friend google

Roger is a big fan of Nutzilla Stitch . . . when he looks in then I'm sure he'll advise you. What have you been doing with your other attempts for them to have been so wrong for you? Which Capella flavours were thay?

Oh yes. I do like FA RY4 Nutzilla. As to % I am always wary about recommending a % cos peoples tastes do vary. I find FAs' tobacco(ish) concentrates to be reasonably strong, so if pushed for a rec on this one I would start at 7-10%, steep, taste, tweak if necessary, really no different from any mix. I prefer my flavours to be more subtle than others do. Nutzilla is fairly sweet, but with a nice hazelnut on the exhale. £9 for 30ml from FA UK. At 10% you can make 300ml out of that

Thanks Roger I've mixed them both at 8% bumped the menthol up to sum where around 15 I think seems promising best just leave them steep a bit see what happens My problems every time so far is everything tasting perfumery or even dry I've tried and tried at the PVC recipe but that's just not worked for me seems to have been the worse I've attempted with the purfume thing I've tried chocolate fudge brownie that ended up dry as hell with no chocolate taste (tried adding em and steva no help) Tried sweet water melon , lemon n lime , sweet tangerine ,cherry, peanut butter, vanilla all from Capella with not much luck yet I tried des cool watermelon that came out ok I just wasn't keen on it as an allday vape which I'm looking for If anyone's got some good menthol recipes I'd love to get my hands on them , been surprised at the lack of reviews or recipes using menthol

And would you kindly point me to which of the many PVC recipes is the original or best I was hopping for something quite creamy with a bit of sweetness mine always turn out quite dry

try adding Candyfloss for a sweet taste i add that to Virginia flavours,i tried with Vodka maybe just me but that seems to weaken the taste so more flavouring maybe added, alcohol in it does it so add more flavouring if using it ,switched back to distilled, when i first got some Cappella VC it was so creamy and lovely, followed same recipe and nope not there any more, will add i only use VG so that adds bit of sweetness

A great blend of tobacco and menthol is Mom & Pop's American Blend Menthol concentrate from www.leisureliquids.com . It's the closest thing to a menthol fag vape I have tasted and like a menthol fag has a balanced mix of tobacco and menthol flavour. I mixed at 20% (as recommended) and it was ready in a few days.

If your vapes taste too dry, try using a VG heavy base and mixing in around 15% deionized water. The device you use and how hot it runs will also impact on dryness of flavour - a cooler vape will taste less dry. Hope this helps.

That's odd , I've tried the mom and pops menthol both at 15% and didn't find it tasted mentholy at all :s but more like some sort of cooking herb almost like origarno slightly peppery I guess with a cooling feeling , infact exactly like some mall pal juice I had a while back from safer cig claiming to be tobacco with just the right amount of menthol :s I mix about 60/40vg I'm using vg from boots undiluted I'm wondering if that Could be linked since most vendors vg seems to be mixed with water not sure if that would make any difference to the final mix

And would you kindly point me to which of the many PVC recipes is the original or best I was hopping for something quite creamy with a bit of sweetness mine always turn out quite dry I always use TPA's French Vanilla Deluxe in my VC recipe Stitch . . . for me it's the best. This is my very basic original VC recipe, I don't agnst about quantities, so if a drop or two more gets added, I don't stress. You may want to add a little more sweetener to suit your tastes, I prefer ' creamy ' to sweet . . . . . 6/7ml of your preferred strength Nicotine Base 60 drops Capella Vanilla Custard 10 drops TPA French Vanilla Deluxe 2 drops Sweetener Steeping is vital to a successful mix . . . I wait at least 3 weeks before I use it. Though it may be that Capella Concentrates aren't to your tastes overall, TPA also do a very nice Vanilla Custard which 28VapesLater stocks, so it might be worth picking up a bottle of that to try?

Thanks pep , it's the drops and preferred nic base in the recipes that are written like that, that are confusing me because my nic base its 75mg and I'm sure I ain't wanted 7ml of that with 70odd drops of flavour think I'd be sick lol, I'm guessing I'd obviously dilute it down first but if I wanted the final juice to be 12mg surey chucking in 70drops of flavour to a 12mg base would bring it down a fair bit it's the not knowing mg of the juice I'm using I'm a bit scared of

Out of curiosity tried it again about a fortnight later and it was a different juice a whole lot smoother and hardly any roughness on the throat, added another couple of drops of DDL and left it another week and now it's in my top 3. What are you using it in as you will get different tastes out of the same juice at different watts or volts, as you said it had a burnt taste .... just made me think you maybe had you device set too high and were cooking it too much

Thanks , I don't have a windows computer at the moment just mac and ubuntu so that's holding me back with calculators ,the online ones I've found only give me options of 1 flavouring which buggers me up lol I've been using an igo l for tasting all my juices and one bottle 30ml of a mixed up VC I made in my spheroid that I lost my recipe notes for and never managed to recreate BOO! That one did taste nice no idea how every try has been so different to it Oh yeh and as hard as its been I have waited 3 weeks on each one.. That's what makes it so frustrating for me lol

And is your 75mg base VG or PG?
