Vamo top cap (How to replace guide needed)

Thanks Robby, I had already seen your excellent post, it all looks so easy in pictures until you try it for yourself.

Sometime its hard to get the top of a jam jar.

I am sure I will have questions for you when I get the thing off but don't wait it could take months.

I think once you get it into a bench vice it should come off okay with a bit of a struggle, probably a tap or two with a rubber mallet or a bit of wood will shift it .

The end caps are here, that was a speedy delivery. will try and do what you said, hopefully I be able to have it off by the end of the day.

Once they the top cap has started to move its easy,the hard bit is the first mm of movement

Roscope I still trying mate, I must of watch the video and read the post on UKV about 100 times. How hard can it be, right. The guy on the video has more strength than popeye where as Mr Wimpy has more muscle than me. Think I need to go down the shop and buy some muscle gain.

I keep looking at the vamo, we are having a staring competition at the moment and the vamo is winning.

There is a video by Breaktru showing how to get a zmax apart and he stated on another forum the same priciple will work with a vamo
