There are a couple of pics showing the display in action that do have white buttons, but I think they have pinched them from another website Roscopecotrain

SS Vamo in short mode with protank, black LT with Nova. (I think you still have to get SS Vamo, the chrome comes off the others). I use both. The Vamo in short mode weighs a little more than the LT in long. VW (on the Vamo) is better if you change what you put on it a lot, because you don't have to worry about resistance. The LT button is a little more comfortable.

Don't stand your vamo on its base too long! The battery may leak and the steam buildup will erupt out of the hole in the base, sending your Vamo into the air like a halloween firework. Wheee! Bang!
Allegedly.

I have an SS Bamboo. What's a Bamboo you ask? Well it's a Vamo that you buy from Health cabin for 20 quid. I run it in 18650 at home and 18350 when im at work or out and about. IMHO Torchy batteries are best for 18350 mode because of the amp drain.
It's a no brainer really. The vamo gives you everything you need, is built well and is stupidly cheap.

Just got a message about the materials of this and it is Stainless Steel, so it really is a bargain for the kit (if you need the kit) Those 18350 batteries are good, I have used them for about six months now. www.fasttech.com/products/1334900They are calling it the VAMOS lol Wow that really is a bargin, I've been thinking of getting a vamo for a few weeks now, never used fasttech before though are they usually ok?

They are proving to be very good at customer service although their knowledge of the products is limited due to the fact that they sell all manner of stuff. Everything on that picture has been more or less proven to be fine. I would reccomend getting a better charger, but the one supplied will be fine until you can spare the cash to get one phoenix1

Hi, which version of Nitecore best US or EU, cable on EU looks better ie shaver plug ? Looks like need a bit of adaption for 18350 batteries ?
Vamo looks good at Fastech, but few days back ordered SS Vamo kit from Vapourbreak, about £29.50 with Paypal, no atomiiser, but touch wood should still be OK.
Cheers BOB
ps excellent forum by the way, already posted link on to another interested peep.

I think it's going to be the Vamo. The Mr says I have to wait until the end of the month because i'm already skinting him with my mums birthday and my parents anniversary (they're 2 days apart) lol. I left the fasttech one up on the PC last night so he saw it when he get home from work, he just said "Oh, i'm guessing i'm buying it then am I?" He knows me so well haha.

Just an after thought, I have a lot of V3 rebuildable's and will soon have some Evods, do they fit the Vamo or do I need an adapter?
