ok so i quit smoking 7 days ago and up to today i have been using the normal e cig ( nicolites ) i was finding that this brand was expensive for me to use as i seemed to get through more carts than i did fags :-), after much research i went out today and purchaced a Ego twist with a mini tornado rcs and am finding it terrific, can you guys give me advice on what extra rcs units to buy that are usable with the ego twist and where to get E liquids at a reasonable price ( i paid £5.50 for 10 ml today and from the looks of it i over paid ). i think at the moment i am loving the cherry flavour and the menthol in 18mg nicotine so looks like im a fruit and mint man i tried the tobacco flavour and for me it tastes rancid, can stand the taste.
anyways hi to all and ty in advance for your recomendations.

Welcome. I have been vaping for ages and never seen a review on mini tornado rcs.....oooohhh, I see now.... There are lots of excellent e-liquid vendors out there. I have a 30ml bottle in my cart ready to buy at safercigs. £8.95. I have recently polished off about 5 bottles of juice from ecigwizard in their wizmix range....all £3.95. Some even cheaper. Not bad. I like Citrus and Menthols, and can recommend Hangsen "Menthol Sensation" available everywhere and Grizwald's gourmet fruits/citrus from VapeEscape.

Welcome to you Steven. I'd suggest trying an Evod, compatible with your Twist . . . coils are replaceable, probably be considerably cheaper than what you've paid today as well. In fairness, all monies made by totally wicked are going towards the £5,000,000 pledged to destroy the E.U. or something? or did I dream it....

Hello & welcome Steven As you mentioned "Tornado" I'm guessing you have been buying from TW? If so, they are a tad over priced, but they mainly sell e-cigs with 510 or ego connections so that means you can buy cheaper compatible parts from all the good vendors

Hi Stevan. I'm new too. These guys are a friendly bunch and know EVERYTHING! I just bought my first new juices from ecig wizard - since thats what the ones I got in my kit were. they've got a bargain basket section here with juices starting at under a pound. Just make sure you read the reviews. the discount code ECR69 should take a little off your total too.

I know how to tell the difference between a buttercup and a celandine - does that count? Welcome to our little forum, and please feel free to ask any questions you may have, I promise we'll give you a considered and informative reply! Andy

Welcome Steven Your rcs looks to me as if it might be TW's version of the evod. If so, there's nothing wrong with it except the price. Evods are available here www.vapeescape.co.uk/kanger-evod-bc-clearomiser~505 amongst other places. Don't forget to check for discount codes. Another popular thing to put on twists is the mini nova - www.vapeescape.co.uk/mini-nova~404I mix my own, so I'm no expert on ready-made juice, but www.misteliquid.co.uk/ is cheap and has its fans. I wouldn't buy huge quantities of anything - you'll find your tastes change. I recommend mixing your own juice. Personally I didn't buy a kit - I had a syringe and bottles anyway, so I just bought some nicotine and PG and flavour and started, so the kits all seem overpriced to me. I guess you could try www.ecigsoutlet.co.uk/index.php/DIY-eliquid-Mixing/DIY-eliquid-Mixing-Kits/Cherry-e-liquid-Mixing-Kit/garden_flypage.tpl.html I'd get VG based nicotine at 52mg and PG dilutant. If you take to it you'll also want a couple of syringes (10ml and 2ml) with 14 gauge needles, and some 30 ml bottles - might as well get them with needle caps - www.vapeescape.co.uk/empty-needle-cap-bottles-**10ml-%26-30ml**~325www.liberty-flights.co.uk/category.asp?categoryid=13 has a vast range of flavours and isn't a bad place to start, but in the long run you'll probably go somewhere cheaper like www.cupcake-world.co.uk/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=144&zenid=u24kna5gthgnpaojme5ranjd47Do check out the mixology section here, but don't feel obliged to go for the complicated recipes. If you like cherry I'd just make some juice with maybe 20% cherry flavouring, let it steep for a week, and see what it vapes like. Cherry and menthol go quite well together, so you could try that next - Menthol is easy and cheap to make yourself from crystals, and a little tub of crystals from Boots will last forever. And if you like menthol, it rescues a lot of bad juices. For peppermint flavour I get Dr Oetker's from Tescos - mix at 20% - I also use their glycerine for VG - cutting it with 10% vodka to make it a bit more runny. One last thing - "a" Twist won't be enough. I'd budget for a second decent battery. You could just get another twist, or a spinner, which is the same, with easier to read dial. Lots of suppliers of both. Bigger mah means longer between charges, and also a longer battery.
