I am getting fed up with this company too!

Place an order on the 3rd and still no sign, no one asnswers their mobiles, or replies to emails. First and probably last time I will use them, such as shame really.

It does say on their front page that there is a 3 day delay siffy Today's only 8th and there was no post yesterday

They usually are good at answering queries but I suspect they're concentrating more on getting orders out at the moment

Oh I see, mind you though, am suprised at lack of email correspondence. I suppose VE have spoiled me, you order and it comes the next day.

I have ordered a few times from LT & they have been excellent vendors, great service, products, communications, & a freebie each order.
Twice i had to contact them for different reasons & my email was answered within the hour, cannot fault them in any way.

I didn't set up an account you see, silly me. So have no way of knowing what's what. I just purchased as a guest.

 I didn't set up an account the first time I ordered from LT but I have since and the orders from before I made an account are also showing on my order history.. Might be an idea to make an account

Yes, but it's only Monday and it does state on the front page of LT cigs that there's a delay of 3 days

I'm not worried I was just pointing out that mine was ordered before Sky and Siff and mines not yet here so there's wouldn't be either.. I'd expect it in a day or two

I have done now. I didn't see the message about delays when I ordered, I might have not bothered had I seen that, unless I missed it? I had an email stating your order will be processed, once payment is verified, but that was on the 3rd and someone, on the 4th is a stage ahead of me. Unless the payment didn't go through? I will just have to wait and see now.
