Ah, I see susieshoes I'm sure it will be fine though! Jason does spoil us I ordered from LT while they were stating a 4 day delay and got it well within my expected timescale. Don't forget, when you pay by PP you are always protected anyway.

I didn't set up an account the first time I ordered from LT but I have since and the orders from before I made an account are also showing on my order history.. Might be an idea to make an account Unless the payment didn't go through? I will just have to wait and see now. siffy you can easily find out if your payment went through by checking your Paypal account

Another very happy customer of LTEcigs, always shipped my orders promptly, always correct and always great communication.
I use them at least once per month and they are my first stop shop for concentrates.
Hope those who have had issues with them get them sorted out quickly, but I'd say don't give up on them and if you use them again I think you will see why many give them a positive review.

I think LT may have become victims of their success at present...moving premesis is a big job for any company, but one that's trading through the move - nightmare for them. I've always found them reliable, good products and service. I'm sure it's just a blip caused by the expansion, and remember, 3 days is usually 3 working days, so give them a break, eh??

I will just have to wait and see now. siffy you can easily find out if your payment went through by checking your Paypal account I don't papal, hubby gets an email confirmation if I do, mif you catch my drift;)..hehe Comes out of the emergency funds, getting juice...an emergency

I have used LT since day one - infact before day one since I first ordered anything. Their stuff is delivered quickly and is top notch. However I ordered as normal at a time when I was pretty desparate, taste bud changes, needed something quick. I ordered from LT because I love their stuff. Nothing came, Nothing was shipped. I was twitchy I could have gone to Shipley and picked it up within the hour if that was an option. I emailed them and I was told the store has moved/ relocated don't quote me something like that. I was very disappointed that although it was on a link down the bottom of the webpage somewhere, I as a returning desparate customer was not made aware of it. So my order finally arrived, and it is as good as ever. Their positives - I love their juice, they give a free sample, and they have usually speedily delivery Their negatives - when they had website/store/order problems it was not displayed on their website in full for us all to see so that was really really bad and something they need to address. Would I buy from them again ? Hell yes they are my main lifeline, their juices are perfect.

I would like to add that if shops of any kind give me bad service I never return , however I had a blip with LT but I have just returned with an order, this is the only vaping supplier I would actually recommend to anyone if that is not a big enough statement I do not know what is.

I'll be honest I didn't realise I was expected to wait three days, have been spolied by an order by 2pm and get the next day. I've lived and learned, just assumed uk suppliers all did the same. No matter though, at least I know now.

And hindsight is a wonderful thing in the case of a premises move. It's down to us to make sure we have enough juice and hardware to last taking the above into account. For me, the sign of a good Vendor is how they deal with any issues that may arise. If a problem is resolved swiftly then that would keep me returning to them.

Only a couple of weeks ago I was running out of eliquid mixing supplies as I had to wait to get some funds together to purchase some nic and concentrates. When I eventually got the funds together to place a order I had to wait a couple of days before I got any notification from LTE, My liquid stock was dwindling and I was getting desperate so I sent LTE a email explaining my situation and Sharon replied to say my order will be posted that day and apologise for the delay. Next day my order arrived with free sample of eucalyptus which is bloody gorgeous.
LT should be praised for there service and not knocked because people had to wait a few days. Moving is a stressful time.
The time to complain is when you get faulty goods and the vendor will not rectify the situation.
+1 for LT being a quality vendor.
