Only a couple of weeks ago I was running out of eliquid mixing supplies as I had to wait to get some funds together to purchase some nic and concentrates. When I eventually got the funds together to place a order I had to wait a couple of days before I got any notification from LTE, My liquid stock was dwindling and I was getting desperate so I sent LTE a email explaining my situation and Sharon replied to say my order will be posted that day and apologise for the delay. Next day my order arrived with free sample of eucalyptus which is bloody gorgeous. LT should be praised for there service and not knocked because people had to wait a few days. Moving is a stressful time. The time to complain is when you get faulty goods and the vendor will not rectify the situation. +1 for LT being a quality vendor. Yes! It's about time LT's eucalyptus got some love. I've been mixing it with lemon, lime and liquorice. Very good indeed. I'd like to see Nosferatu clutched to people's bosoms next. I like LT and they should be cut some slack. Perhaps continued trading through a move wasn't the best idea, but I expect it was done with the best of intentions.

Ok, I wasn't going to respond, but I will. You and other may have had truly excellent service, that's brilliant. I am new to using this company. My expectations are that if they knew a refit was underway it should have been clear before a customer places an order, the customer then has the choice to wait or try a different vendor. I also think, refit or no refit, that my Saturday's email, and my left message on their mobile should have been at least returned by now. I understand doing a refit is busy, I am ex reatail management, but if you are open for buisness you are there to respond to customersvquestions about their orders, or don't trade until you are up and running. I work hard to earn my money so am entitled to give feedback on the level of service I am getting for my money. It may differ from most peoples opionins, but it is mine, and I do feel I should be free to voice it without fear of ruffling loyal customers feathers. Am I dissapointed? Yes, will I order from them again? Not sure.

What's it like OliverB. [/quote] Well, use too much or take too deep a puff and you'll embark upon an epic coughing and spluttering jag. Used very sparingly though, and you'll get a fantastic throat-hit and tingly nostrils. There's no burn, like you'd expect with a chili juice, but there's a nice flavour. A bottle will go a very long way - you only need one or two drops per 10ml. It says 'use with caution' on the website and it's not kidding.

Siffy I am sorry your having troubles but they are really a great company. Have you tried contacting them again. I know we all expect our orders to be delivered within two days and I have no idea where they are moving, so maybe the PC techno stuff have to be set up again. Try calling them again if you haven't already done so but the consensus of the feedback for LT is excellent.
Its a unfortunate situation for you but with dealing with them on many occasions I had no issues. I hope you get your order by the weekend. Think positive, Just pretend they are in china and you have to wait for two weeks unless they are moving to china then you can just pray.

Yeah, you'll need to experiment with the doseage, stamina . You need to aim for just this side of choking.

I have no complaints about them. The last order I made was dispatched promptly and all correct. They sent me an email before the move explaining what was happening and they have a notice on their front page saying there are delays so their communication with customers seems excellent.
It must be a nightmare to move to new premises and to keep trading. I haven't ordered anything from them during this time because I would rather see them settled before placing an order but once they are I'll be ordering again.

I can understand your frustration as I too am waiting for an order from another reputable company on here,it has been nearly a month and they are in U.K. but I have had no problems with LT.CIGS and have just received my order,I hope you get it sorted soon.

They are usually pretty good, stick with them. I didn't see it on the day I ordered, I promise you. I followed a flavour link, given to me, then pressed purchased, went to payments. Seriously did not see it as a warning on the payments page. Maybe just a thought for them, maybe a notice on the payments page? As not everyone might go through the main page? I know I didn't.

That is what a home page is for surely. Personally if following a link to a site, especially for the first time, I will always have a look at the home page. You often find all sorts of things, offers etc, that might be of interest. It is also worth creating an account on sites as well (advance notice of offers/discounts sometimes)
