If it is solid enough to last for 10 months, it's good enough for me, just bought one

I've found a video where you can see the number on the battery PE 902360 2200mAh 3.7V.Quick Google search throws nothing, Robby you might be wiser where to get hold of such battery...
In this video the guy decribes the problem with some MVPs, the charging connector comes off or is badly soldered on.That would be easily fixed if it comes to that...

Was a little concerned at the 2200mah battery, but it turns out there are two 2200mah batteries inside. There doesnt seem to be a lot of chatter about the USB plug on the net, so hoping it is sorted. It looked like the body of the USB connector had very poor solder adhesion although the actual soldering looked fine from what you could see in the vid. I suspect it has been sorted, there are a lot of these out there now, but like I said, not a lot of chatter about faults of any kind.

The video was posted in December I think, so a lot of time has passed since then. I suspect it is a sorted issue. There are loads of these out there now and very few complaints

The only problem I have with it is, when you get to 1000 puffs it does this weird thing where it fires up on it's own for a few seconds 

I just turn it off when I'm near 1000 and turn it on again, that resets the puff counter
