Direct inhaling a better flavour experience

Hi,
Tried this before & it is to harsh on my throat, I wondered how long before the sore throat thing goes been vapping for 2 weeks now but still getting a dry sore throat when only had a few drags?

Denis, you could try getting some juice with a higher VG content, may help

I have started mixing my own at 70/30 pg/vg but I have been putting in 10% vodka to thin the vg not sure if that does any harm?
Cannot find any where that sells pharma grade de-min & will not use the stuff from Tesco's for cars & irons!

I would think that the 10% vodka would be adding to the throat hit, so making it harsher on your throat! VG mixed at 30% with PG shouldn't need that much thinning ???

Thanks for the tip. I always stuck the drip tip in the middle of my lips because i thought the reviewers looked like doozers sticking it in the side.

I do enjoy a good lung inhale, but the flavour and the vapour sometimes kicks my ass haha

I get a bit more flavour with the drip tip to the side of my mouth when inhaling like you would with a cig.

Having the drip tip in the middle when inhaling, with your mouth not fully closed around it - lips touching the top & bottom of the driptip, but allowing air to pass in at the sides at the same time, gives me more overall flavour & does tickle the back of my throat a bit.

It's worth it though for the better taste

I do this sometimes - think it works better with more VG than is in my current liquid to make it a bit smoother on the back of the throat

After seeing this thread again I decided to try it dripping my own test juices.
Yes the atty ran dry part way through, yes it blew my lungs up.
No it wasn't pleasant

Sat here for 5 minutes trying to figure out what you meant then it clicked, and I had a coughing fit because I accidentally took the whole lot back to my lungs. Having said that each cough did taste wonderful and creamy =p The best way to explain it is to breathe from the back of your throat rather than sucking from your lips. Start with small drags, otherwise you end up coughing and lightheaded like I did =/
