me and my brother were hanging out when i asked to take a drag from his ecig. he has an ego battery, vivi nova tank and a bullet tip. when i was handing it back it was tilted with the tip pointing at an angle towards the ground and started leaking. i turned off the battery and took off the bullet tip and checked to see what was wrong and there was a bunch of e liquid at the hole of the top of the vivi nova tank. i then unscrewed the top and couldn't find out why it was leaking. if anyone can help please let me know. thanks!

Hmmm.
The only way a Nova would leak into the tip would be if the silicone cover over the atomiser head isn't pressed flush to the top cap.
I only ever had this with "cloned" novas, which is why I don't buy them. If it's an original Vision Nova, it can't be screwed together very well.....

Welcome to you Leo. Like Djs, I have no problems with genuine Nova's leaking . . . are you sure yours is one? Although we have no experience of which Nova's Vendor's sell your side of the pond remember.

If you mean in the socket that the DripTip fits into, it's probably condensation of juice. Just wipe it out with a tissue.

With mine if I get little leak, 1. unscrew top and clean 2. with pair of tweezers just gently lift silicone cap a slight bit 3. when putting top back on make sure little metal tip is going in hole of top cap ( a couple I have got small holes (quite tight & others larger holes) hope this makes sense , it does to me .....sorta

Could have been a few drops that were in the area of the tube and coil. When the Nova was held close to upside down it would have run down the tube and out of the silicone cap, could even have been liquid getting through the silicone cap because the liquid would have been totally covering the silicone cap and the little gap around the wick entry would have allowed liquid to pass through to the hole of the silicone cap and out to the drip tip ???

I often got a bit of juice collecting in the drip tip well of my vivis (genuine visions), i figured it was just condensation and tried to remember to soak it up with a tissue every now and then. Bit of a pain, and one of the reasons I now prefer the protank (absolutely no leaks!).
Also, take the drip tip out and look down at the head - are there any gaps around the edges of the silicon cap? Sometimes when you tighten the top piece on it compresses the silicon and squashes one bit out of alignment, leaving a gap juice can run into. Unscrew, set the cap straight and try screwing on without the drip tip so you can see if this is happening.
