Hi all I just got my lovely SS vamo from FT and it came with 2x vivi novas. I've filled one with Apple pie and custard juice from the newish vape store (emporium vapour) in the Forge, Glasgow and the tank has cracked within a couple of hours. My old ce4 did the same with this juice too but I put that down to cheap ce4s,. So I have a couple of quetions. first are FT Novas legit and what clearo / carto would people recommend? Apple pie is my favourite flavour so far and but it has destroyed two attys already. Are ther any pyrex tanks, preferably with a SS sleeve to protect it? Ok so that was three questions thanks in advance ps I've searched the forum but the search doesn't return any results for "pyrex" or "glass". (or it's operator error!)

Thanks KarmaI'll check these out. was really looking for something pyrex with sleeve and a window so I can see the juice but this will definitely solve the cracking issue. Anyone have any other suggestions? different brand of tank perhaps? By the way the guy at Emporium vapour, Sean, is sound as, and will let you try any flavour before buying. Anyone in the Glasgow area should swing by and say hi to him. he's right at the back of the instores part of the Forge

A protank has a pyrex tank. Mine also has a very airy vape and a loud whistle, but these things can be solved, so they tell me, by blocking air holes. (I haven't tried this yet).

It might also be worth trying another Vendor's Apple Pie eliquid Vroom, I use that flavour alot in home mixing and have never had a poly tank crack with it. As well as getting a Protank of course.

Not sure if legit metal tubes will fit FT novas? If they do, can someone post up, as I'd get one. Then main problem I see, is the 2 blue vivi-novas I have from FT, are very different, including the length of the tube ??? (other differences include: 1 is spring-loaded, other is not; head are different, but I think important dimensions are the same; the wick config is different in both; air-hole in different place; drip-tip is removable on 1, but appears to be fixed on the other; .....)

I've been using an original MVN with a tube from a clone. It was the same length and everything, but sadly I was having some vape-in-the-tube problems and went back to the original tube. Basically, in my experience, things don't seem that interchangeable, and as the FT ones will be copies, then I don't suppose anything is guaranteed.
The cracked tank is bad news though....I've yet to experience this problem. I guess I've been lucky with juices.
