I had to hit the 50/50 ... I was 2 years without until a rather drastic change in my life ........ but heading back to full time vaping as I type , lets face it with 4 litres of 75mg base in the freezer you know it's just a blip

I hit the wrong button on the poll! I do smoke a few most days but no more than three or four as a maximum. I know it's the Headological addiction that is doing it but I have a real hang up on "Losing" anything else in my life after a BIG event some years back.

That'll be the hydrochloric acid they put in the stuff.(amongst other things)

That spray has all of the ingredients our e-cigs have plus alot more. The only difference is ours are heated up. Hmmmmmm

That's quite a common phenomena apparently Davess, I remember having a couple of quite vivid ' smoking ' dreams. It does pass though.

I have E-lites to thank for ending up here. Immediately they worked with me. Had no desire to reach for the rollies after just a few puffs on it. Firstly bought some prefilled cartomizers, but was appalled at how little time they lasted (along with the shocking battery life). Went back to Google and ended up here.

Ordered the Riva and smoked the Golden Virginia I had left until it arrived. 3 days into the Riva and I had no more rolling tobacco and not the slightest inclination to restock.

Happily I was able to pass on the E-lites to my oldest friend (another 30 year smoker). He’s still having the odd analogue ciggy, but now he’s on 10% of his previous totals.

I’ve no idea where the MHRA got their figures. Certainly doesn’t look to me that they actually talked to any vapers.

Haven't touched one in just over a year, don't have dreams but when I go on holiday I miss visiting the duty free shop to by the stinkies, don't miss the fags...just the action of getting my duty frees. Weirdo ???

I still have a packet of fags and a lighter in my 'man drawer' along with the old batteries and takeaway menus, not even tempted to smoke them anymore.

I haven't quit just changed my brand to an electronic version and I like it why would I want to swap and change brands it used to give me a sore throat when I used to swap brands of cigarettes.

I kept my last opened packet of cigs/lighter for a couple of years, a sort of safety net . . . just incase. I smelt them occasionally, but wasn't ever really tempted to spark one  up.

Finally I gave them away to a smoking acquaintance, they must have been as dry as old boots by then!

Now, I don't know if I've even got a lighter anywhere.

I havent touched a stinkie since he 1st puff on my e-go over 4 and half months ago despite me having over 200 cigarettes left.
I gave them away that same day as after the 1st puff I KNEW it was going to work.
I also am nicotene free for over 2 months now
I still vape nic free menthol
