I don't know what it is but I keep putting off any mixing session for as long as possible.
Any excuse will do from too busy to can't be bothered.
Then horror of horrors, I realise that I am about to run out of my favourites, quickly clear some space, dig out all the paraphernalia and get down to it.
Tonight was exactly that. Needed more tobacco juice and decided to make up a 50ml batch. However once started I did get a bit carried away and I have made a 100ml of Royal Tobacco and a 100ml of Minth. (That is some Menthol and some Mint).
Oh well, I can now relax for the next 6 weeks before panic sets in again.

I find it quite theraputic lobeydosser but for it to be good therapy I need peace, quiet, time and space! Unfortunately it's a bit difficult at the moment to find the optimal mixing conditions May have to resort to the sloppy, I'm running out of juice here method, not quite as much fun, but the end result is better and cheaper than pre mixed

I just started mixing at the weekend, and i must say i quite enjoy it, i have done a couple of mixes every night so far, and i am now reading the AAEC mebmbers recipe thread, looking for something that i have flavours for so i can do a mix tonight. Quite addictive this mixing business lol

I too find mixing a bit of a chore. What works for me is making nic pg/vg base as soon as the nic arrives. I make it at about 24/26mg and expect a resultant juice of around 16/18mg once it's added to the flavourings, although higher/lower is also acceptable. The final juices I mix on a ad hoc basis from the sofa, on my knee. The Mixing Police will be aghast that I follow no recipes and write nothing down, but once I grasped the basic fact that you should use about 30% more flavouring than you thought you should, all was well.
I am currently vaping an arbitrary mix of lemon, hazelnut and chili, and it is very nice indeed. Walnut chili custard is also on the cards.

I love mixing and everything creative about the whole process. However, blerdy hate the clearing up afterwards with the mess I manage to make.

I too hate mixing, not because it's messy or time consuming or anything, but because it seems to take longer for them to steep than pre made juice.

Cup Cake World make a Chilli flavouring . . . or you could try Decadent Vapours Diablo Loco Simon.

Use it very carefully - two or three drops per 10mls and take it from there. It helps if you enjoy a good cough. I've currently got a few slivers of a scotch bonnet steeping in some PG. It will be either fantastic or catastrophic. I'll let you know.

I feel I'm committing heresay here, but I started mixing about a month ago, did 5ml of Strawberries & Cream, tastes OK, but haven't bothered since. I've got syringes, pipettes, flavours etc but just cannot find the enthusiasm to do it. It may be because, for the last few months I've found the one juice I can vape all day long. When I first started vaping I switched all day between different flavours, yet now I don't even do that. It's similar to when I smoked, found a brand I liked and stuck with it. Things will probably change, and I do want to get into mixing at some point, but I can understand where lobeydosser is coming from.

I guess we're all different Raffles . . . there's aspects of vaping I find an utter chore, like coil building. Others love it. As with anything, it wouldn't do for us all to be the same.
