Me too Rich. It's as though I have given myself permission to not be a smoker anymore, and instead to be a vaper.

Not where to put this question, hope it's ok here. When I smoked I would average 40 mins, in between. Today I noticed two hours had passed, very happily, and I then fancied a vape. Am on 70/30 18mg juice. So, it made me wonder, I understand about the nicotine addiction in a stinkie, but is it the addiction to the other chemicals too?, in otherwords are the chemicals just as addictive as the nicotine? I have no scientific proof but I have been thinking that the other chemicals are perhaps even more addictive than nicotine. I used to smoke 40 per day. Now I smoke zero. I have all the nicotine I want and yet I still used to crave a cigarette sometimes. Fortunately that craving is getting much less. Today I smoked zero nicotine ejuice and had no cravings at all. I just turned to the nicotine juice this evening because I wanted to vape a certain flavour which I didn't have in zero nic. It makes me wonder how much of the hype is true. ???
