So today it's been a week since I stopped and started vaping.
I've found it all quite easy so far - partially down to the advice I gained from here. I've spent £70 on kit, and juice, which is roughly half what I spend in a month on fags. So next week I break even - and should still have enough juice to last me for three more months - at least!
A couple of beginner questions though.
1: I got the Riva kit, which came with two batteries, 5 carts and 2 atomisers. How many times can I reuse the carts? I've cleaned one by removing the padding, rinsing it with water and letting it dry - so far so good - still works.
2: I have two atomisers, how long are these expected to last and should I be ordering more?
3: I instead ordered a clearomiser, again, how long do these last and should I be ordering more? Are these cleanable?
Thanks for any replies!

A couple of beginner questions though. 1: I got the Riva kit, which came with two batteries, 5 carts and 2 atomisers. How many times can I reuse the carts? when I used cartomisers exclusively I found they lasted me about a week, , cleaning never got them 100% more like 80% as good as newI've cleaned one by removing the padding, rinsing it with water and letting it dry - so far so good - still works. 2: I have two atomisers, how long are these expected to last and should I be ordering more? Atomisers can be used for dripping for months, just rinse ti change flavours3: I instead ordered a clearomiser, again, how long do these last and should I be ordering more? Are these cleanable? There's more than one type, some have replaceable coil heads which last me about 2 weeks before needing to be changed, you can prolong them by cleaning and dry burning them, I'm lucky I learned how to rewick them so they can keep going until they literally fall apartThanks for any replies!

Well done cokemachine I think Disco Des thought you meant cartomisers rather than the cartridges you got with your kit So to clear up the confusion, here is my reply to your first questio - 1: I got the Riva kit, which came with two batteries, 5 carts and 2 atomisers. How many times can I reuse the carts? Cartridges that are used with atomisers, can be refilled over & over again & can even be restuffed with fish tank type blue foam.

I'm a little confused by the terminology.
Did your Riva come with 5 cartomisers and 2 clearomisers? or 5 cartos and 2 atomizers?

If you have cartomisers then I wouldn't bother cleaning them if using the same flavour, just top up and go till they die!
Not sure about atomisers and cartridges as I have never used them.
I have a preference for the CE4/5 clearomiser with my Riva 1100, can't remember which is which but get the ones that can be disassembled for cleaning and changing heads.
