Reducing pre made juicess, help

Hi guys, I need to reduce my 18mg nicotine level down to 11mg. I want to still vape at the same times I would have vaped a stinkie, but am getting dreadful headaches. Have just purchased some glycerin BP, I have a syringe, so just need your advise on what to do.

All my bottles are 70/30 18mg, shop bought, have not made them myself.

Could someone just tell me what I need to add, thank you.

hi Siffy, you should be okay to add around 40% VG to your juices, (4ml to each 10ml) wont be exactly 11mg but not too far off, it will weaken your flavours though (if your VG is very thick you may need to dilute it with distilled water or vodka around 5%)

Thank you very much. I will go and do it now, have no vodka, plenty of pimms...lol. won't use it, just kidding, will use distilled water.

Just tried it, thank you very much. Tried it with the very strong menthol juice I had. As you say it has altered the flavour, for the better, gone from extra strong xxx mints to more of a soft mint, so result on that score.

I will try my different flavour , Black Cat later, if it is diluted I am in the beggars can't be choosers position, 6 new bottles of 18mg juice turned up yesterday! So will get get on with it. Thank you so much again, as the headaches where constant and horrid.

siffy if you like the juice you have and don't want to reduce the flavour, you can buy the same juice in a lesser strength then mix the 2 together. For example 50/50 18mg and 6mg would give you a nic content of 12mg

I see, will do that I think karma. Have just added the vg to the black cat, tastes ok, not terrible, but just ok. Will have to, as I can afford to, re order a 6mg version of all the ones that came yesterday.

So funny how quickly my body is rejecting that amount of nicotine now? Is that because the other chemicals are no longer there, or is there no rhyme or reSon. Finding all of this very intersting, wish I had show such intrest and questioning at school!

Depends, are you increasing your vaping intake? Or taking longer draws because your lungs are starting to recover?

Also, make sure you drink plenty of fluids because the headache could be dehydration.

Siffy.... just so your clear you'd need to add 6ml of VG to 10ml of premade 18mg = 16ml total to bring it down to 11mg.

It is roughly 40% as you said mate.. I was just making sure siffy knew that means adding 6ml to 10ml and not just adding 4ml.

Don't forget that the flavor will get a little better over time as the juice steeps again

Hi siffy,
I always buy 18mg menthol and dilute it 50/50 with PG. This gives me roughly twice as much at 9mg (half the price). To bring back the flavour I add about 10 drops per 30ml of Silver Spoon peppermint food flavouring (Sainsburys). As well as adding to the flavour it sort of mellows it and is much better than straight menthol. At about 80p for the peppermint it has got to be worth a try.
