Hiya everyone, felt truly dreadful yesterday, could have honestly cried. Head felt like it was about to explode, I thought you know what, if it feels like this tomorrow I will ring the doctors. Woke up today and my muscles are aching but my head has stopped hurting like hell. So feel a lot better, can put up with the aching muscles, not a problem. I must have a virus?

@johanino, my dad purchased his starter kit. He has probably enough cigs to last till September, he buys in bulk from an old airport colleague. I will let everyone know how he gets on, thanks for asking.

Siffy, As your not smoking anymore, your lung capacity is increasing more than likely, are you taking longer and longer inhales and more frequently?

You know, you might be right. I was also using an Evod, and I was probably sucking and searching for that hit/heat. I have no doubt you have hit the nail on the heat. Have just had a go with my new iclear 30 tank, the heat is certainly on, such a difference. Be interesting to see if I am vaping less, as I won't know be looking for that heat/fix.

Yeah, i started with 18mg which was fine, until my lungs started expanding and i could inhale more, thus i got headaches, quickly lowered it to 8-11mg and i've been fine since. i can blow clouds now at 8mg every 5-10 minutes without a headache, and when i say clouds i mean it engulfs me and surrounding area haha.

Hey poor Siffy I got black cat as you know but hot 24mg however found really strong on 4.2 Wichita is what roughly your doing in watts lol had to turn mine down to mellow it out. You want get the heat with evod because it's bottom coil.

Lol typing error 4.2 volts which is what Siffy is using on itaste in Watt as she set hers on Watt does that make sense now

I ordered 11mg too, thankfully. I have noticed already I am sucking half as less, and have gone to the garage half as less tonight, feel far more satisfied, I think the warmer vape is what suits me. I think you hit the nail on the heat you know. So glad I went for the iclear 30. The evod will be lovely for my menthol flavour, and King Albert (black Jack sweets) but for my tobacco flavours, definitely I clear 30. The head pain though, oh my life! I don't suffer from headzches, just terrible to be honest.

You are learning well;) we are getting somewhere..lol

I didn't realise it was heat that really was so very important to my vaping experience, but it is. Once I took my first suck tonight I felt transported back to a month ago, to when I smoked, it really did recreate the experience. Will the evod I was doing ten long puffs every 45 mins or so. With the iclear tank only need about 4 or 5 and that really is enough, I feel satisfied. I can tell the drags/sucks are shorter too. Best tenner spent this week, missing piece of the jigsaw.

Just ordered the 16 to try first but ordered pro tank to God lol. I've put a little bit of tape over couple air holes on the evod and brilliant now doesn't feel like you have to take big gulp
