Feel Quite Poorly

Anybody else felt like this?

Am a 18mg juicer, for the last three days my head has been pounding. Am as white as a sheet. I have drank lots of water, so not dehydrated, I haven't got a virus.

I have ordered some lower strength juice today, knocking it down to 11mg. I wonder why your body suddenly starts rejecting the amount of nicotine you have. I don't vape all day, vape like I smoked, 10 sucks at certain times.

Did this happen to anybody else? Did you feel better once you reduced the nicotine strength?

I bought some glycerin, reduced the nic strength, but stil have a warching headache, so have just called vaping a day, for today.

siffy... while I'm no medic... could it just be down to the extreme heat we're all experiencing at the moment. We're just not used to it, and I know several friends/colleagues who are feeling the effects.

Sorry to hear you feel poorly.

I vape 24mg in the vip ecig and bought 18mg juice for the evods.
I do get a slight headache but not sure if it is the vaping or the weather.
I haven't a clue how to judge nicotine intake compared to smoking the smellies.

Sounds like you may need a wee bit of salt.

Try spreading your vaping out over a period of time rather than simulating how you used to use ciggies, take 20 to 30 mins over your 10 drags rather than one after the other (if you get my drift) which I am assuming that you're doing.

I concur with my esteemed colleagues - it could just be the weather... but reducing your nic level won't do any harm

Hope its not the nicotine, I'm vaping 36mg Irish Cream at the mo, so if I do get one its going to be a Daddy      *fingers*Get Well soon

It could be a combination of the nic and the hot weather

If I was on 18mg I`d be nauseous and really quite ill all of the time - I dropped my nic levels very early on, but it all depends on how much you vape and at what strength.

I am on the coast here guys, not that hot. I am sure it is a nicotine OD, just strange as to why?

Off for a soak and a early night. Am going to vape a 11mg Sammy sent me tomorrow, see if I still get a headache...wish me luck..lol

One of the girl's at work has had a banging headache for the last 2 days, she's neither a vaper or smoker . . . I'd say the weather is a large part of your problems as well Siffy.

Do you feel tense or stressed about your vaping now? As that won't help either . . .

Interesting that andym mentions salt. The only time I usually get headaches is if I've overdone the wine. I always get a craving for salt and vinegar crisps when I have a hangover!

what juice have you been vaping for the last 3 days? some people can be allergic/intolerant to certain food colourings (causing severe headaches) so I'm wondering if you're vaping a coloured e-liquid?
