That's the way it goes, you should know you can't have it all your own way

No recommendations I'm afraid as I avoid most of the baccy types myself.

I do however like RY4/5 but not sure how that would compare to the stuff you have been using.

I would say you should try more flavours, this vaping lark didn't really work for me until I let go of the baccy flavours.

at the moment I find the thought of fruit a bit disconcerting..........

I asked my question because I was worried I might need to cut down on the nicotine levels.....

...............currently using 18mg (with trip hammer) I was also using this level on Nu-cig and my original 10 motives

I used to smoke about 25-30 Royals a day, for near 30 years.

started on 12mg e-cig - upped to 18mg next day - added 24mg for breakfast vape - last 'real' smoke 8 days after starting vaping - dropped 24mg at 3 weeks - got Riva 1100 deluxe at 4 weeks - now on 2-3mls of 18mg daily for past 8 months.

CHUFFED TO BITS!!

My advice...

Try RY5.
Try a good mixed berry, it's a bit like vimto or oasis.
Try a good menthol and/or softmint.

Try everything, don't push yourself, let the vape decide

Strength is what you feel best with I'm on 24 with some and 16 on others matter of taste

I am over four months into Vaping and very much still consider myself a newbie, I used to smoke menthol, so I first ordered menthol juice, and thought that was great and would do me forever, so to speak. Gave up cigs that day my kit arrived.

But gradually started trying other stuff, at the moment I have settled on coffee flavour as an all day vape, as I do like coffee.  It seems to have a tobacc taste and at the same time a bit of chocolate somewhere in there too.

But where ever you live, there will be an AAEC Vape meet soon near you, I would imagine, (if not organise one) you should go along to that. When those people get together lots bring their home made juices, and one can learn a lot in a short space of time. Only been to such a meet once and that was for just a short time, but I learned a lot.

Stick with it, you will eventually find a juice you like, and then you won't look back.

If you don't mind not having the vapour, switch to a pure PG juice (which is what I did). You may need to mix it yourself, but it is very easy. If you hold what you vape in your lungs for a second, there's no vapour at all, and hence no smell.
