Nic strength

Over two years vaping, 28mg/ml is my normal but on occasions 36mg/ml and I get through 6-8 mls a day. Used to be on lower strength stuff but was getting through 10-12 mls a day so increased until it felt nice.

Wow I feel like I must be a disgrace to the vaping world because of my softie low nic strengths   Can any of you recommend a fairly strong flavoured vanilla custard juice or similar as I have wanted to try Grants but it never seems to be in stock. I'm starting to get a bit tired of the liquorice and menthol flavours and coffee and choc are not to my taste.. Thanks in advance

Started vaping about 16 months ago at 24mg, then later on(11months ago) bought a kit with a 18mg liquid. Been steadily lowering my nic levels since. I've had a 'breakthrough' during my last 4 weeks away on travels, I've quite easily managed to switch from a 4mg to a 3mg homebrew.(@johanino will be pleased )
susieshoes why don't you try to mix your own custard liquid, you could choose the strength of the flavor to suit your taste, or even add different flavors, it's very easy, nothing to fear...

There's this one that comes in 6mg, haven't tried it myself so can't tell you how strong it is . . .

I think I might up mine from 2mg/ml to 3 or 4...had a bad weekend and have killer cravings in the am

But pleased for you jonn...really it's not too difficult to lower your nic strength.....I've been here before and got down to 1mg/ml quite easily (and I'm heavily nic dependant)

Started vaping just over a year ago at 24mg, but when I mix today it will be at 6mg as I have been slowly reducing mine by 1mg at a time. Dave

I started on 18 and fairly quickly dropped down to 8 or 12mg.

Although I love the act of vaping, I'm beginning to feel that passion isn't being driven by nicotine cravings. I suspect I would still enjoy vaping with zero nic, I must give it a try sometime.

I've been vaping for just over a month and my daily vape is 2mg grants vanilla custard.

I have been vaping for 5 weeks (tomorrow).
I started with VIP ecigs at 24mg, which I still use on and off throughout the day. I am on 18mg liquid generally but my favourite at the moment is café brasilia which is only 11mg. So I don't feel so bad when I am chain vaping, I just go on to the coffee.

almost 10 months, started on 24mg, last lot of mixes I did was at 20, next may be at 18.... but volume of juice used has increased with the lower strength, so may not...

Started vaping 7.5 months ago at 24mg, now down to 9mg and looking to get that down to 6mg with my next mixes.
Not sure if my vape freqency increases as the nic goes down, but don't think so.

Been vapung for just over 6 months now. Started on 24mg and now on 18mg. Oh has gone from 24mg down to 16mg now.

Vaping has come such a long way since i started in the days of the DSE 901 (which i still have and use now and again) and the Screwdriver mod (which was out of my price range at approx £100) it's amazing just what there is around now, and how many of us vapers there are.   

I remember the screwdriver...I got one similar from a mod maker 2 years ago and it lasted me all holidays (after trying a copper 'cigalike' from TW - rubbish battery - then a 14500 plastic box mod from Liberty flights)...even dropped it on a city link coach...it was my only e-cig for 10 days backpacking... it had to last and it did

Then I upped my nic levels on the 7th september and like got an 18650 mod from ecigwizard and didn't look back .

I've varied my nic levels the last 2 years depending how well I've been. I hope to come off the nic on the 7th september this year and am just down to 1mg/ml and yes I mix my own....(80PG/20VG)

What you have to remember is that nicotine is a stimulant so you might find it similar to coming off coffee
