Nic strength

Started on 12 back in january, briefly went up to 18, and am back on 12 now. No plans to go any higher or lower for a while.
Oh, I usually only get through 1-2.5 ml a day as well.

susieshoes why don't you try to mix your own custard liquid, you could choose the strength of the flavor to suit your taste, or even add different flavors, it's very easy, nothing to fear...

I am scared though thats why I'v not tried yet. If things go the way of it being hard to get juice I will have to though

6mg (DIY) at home, 12-18mg (premixed - currently Liqua Tobaccos) when away from home and can't vape as often or need a kick.

Menthol cigarettes are generally only 1 mg lower than the equivalent brand standard.

So if the brand you smoked were 12mg then the menthol of that brand would be 11mg.

Menthol smokers generally smoke fewer cigarettes per day because the menthol retards the bodies ability to metabolise nicotine.

This means it stays in the body for longer (up to 2x) and smooths out the 'high-crash' cycle.

me and the wife 18mg since february when started vaping, i have a 24mg just in case of stressful situ`s. tryed lower but always end up back at 18mg so thats what i stick to now

Started on 18mg, thought it was giving me a bad reaction so went down to 11mg, disaster! Have got the 18mg back out but have 24mg due to arrive tomorrow. Will 24 in the am and 18 in the pm. Will use the 11mg at some point, but now's not the right time.

How interesting! I used to smoke menthols, and now I vape 10mg but pretty damn constantly (4ml a day). That could explain why

I figure I'm more addicted to the throat hit and vapour than the actual nic....thinking of getting down to 0 this pm and see how we do....85/15 Pg/vg mix

Scary the thought of getting down to 0 but still...... it's going to be hard...... more psychological than actually physical.

After further research I have discovered that this is not strictly correct.

There are a few brands that have dropped their standard 'Kingsize' menthol cig and made a menthol version of their 'Light' cig, for example Lambert and Butler.

L&B Kingsize 0.9mg, menthol 0.5mg

I started on 36mg and I still use 36mg, occasionally I have bought 24mg to cut down but it didn't do it for me so I have stuck to 36mg. I suppose one day I really should think about lowering it but for the moment I can't think of a reason to do so as it is keeping me off the smokes which is the main thing. I use about 5ml a day mostly menthol and minty flavours .

To break you in gently, susieshoes, get the ingredients & make zero nic, that's what I did & that's the vanilla custard I vape. In light of the postal difficulties, I've now just taken delivery of my first bottle of nic. So, tomorrow, I'm going to attempt to make some 6mg juice.......ooooer!
