Nic strength

I quit smoking eight months ago, started vaping on 18mg and because it worked stayed at that level. I don't miss real cigarettes at all, even though I had smoked for decades. So ..... I figure I must be doing SOMETHING right.

I'm using 18mg and 16mg liquids at the moment and I can't feel any difference between the two strengths, so I might get 16 and 14 next time I buy it.

I smoked menthols and didn't realise they were so much lower in nicotine. I could probably have gone lower on the juice strength, but I wanted to avoid the constant hunger and gaining a stone in weight that happened every time I've tried to stop the stinkies before. At least this way I can reduce my nic use a little at a time, at a speed that suits me.

To break you in gently, susieshoes, get the ingredients & make zero nic, that's what I did & that's the vanilla custard I vape. In light of the postal difficulties, I've now just taken delivery of my first bottle of nic. So, tomorrow, I'm going to attempt to make some 6mg juice.......ooooer!

How did the nic juice turn out Jess? Hope it was successful

Hi susieshoes, thanks for asking. I'm chuffed to nuts, as it's turned out rather well. I made cool strawberry & it's quite delicious, even if I say so myself. With 40mls made now & about 15mls vaped.

So, I'd say go for it!

For 8 months I vaped 16-18mg now I mix my own I mix at 13mg because it tastes so nice and I tend to cane it
13 might be a bit low for me when I can't vape all the time though so might start mixing at 16mg for the next batch.

Oh I will have a go soon I'm thinking bit need recipes   Strawberry sounds good thought.. Did you just add menthol to a strawberry juice?

Yes, go on, give it a whirl, susieshoes. I used Koolada & not menthol, here's my recipe for 10mls.

Worked on 25 drops to a ml for a target of 6mg nic
