I'm currently using a couple of vv batteries with evods, mini pro and a vivi nova. Vaping away happily. What additional benefit would a mod give me? The benefit would be good looks

Depends if thee are a 'Buy Well and Buy Once' kind of person or not ProVari and Semovar are worth buying (£160+), very well built with a great resale value - or prefer a budget option like the MVP, SID, SVD or Vamo (less than £40)?

You can get a Vamo kit with a Nitecore charger and two half decent Panasonic batteries (18650's, the bigger ones that fit a Vamo) from fasttech for about £30 and a two week wait from China. Make sure you get the nitecore charger if you're going down this route. A Vamo is a handy tool, I've just made up the fact that 88.6% of serious vapers have one or more.

A shopping opportunity? Can never have too many of them Lal. The serious answer is what Tall and Dave have said . . . I do find the ohms check facility on these devices extremely useful. Try telling that to my bank manger @perpetula icon_shoppingm No problem Stewarty . . . let me have his details and I'll write to him on your behalf, he'll give you the money just to shut me up. Ah right. I buy lr boges to use with my LT. However, if I use sr boges, I have to drop the volts from 4.7 to around 3.7. So, this kind of mod would probably suit me better. Which ones are worth buying then? What voltage do you use the Low Resistance at then Hissie? With a standard res it would normally be a higher setting than with low.

On my LT, the voltage I use is 4.7. Before I bought it, I watched one of Scott's tutorials. He found vaping at around 4.7 was good for him & I find it's good for me too. If I use sr boges and try to vape at 4.7, the boges dry up too quickly & I get the burnt taste.

Highly possible Stewarty. I'd feel I'd failed if he didn't. Just how much room do you have in the suite at the Poor House Perpetua ? Decided to reserve the whole building Karma, faffing around changing the reservation was taking up valuable shopping time.

Why Get a Mod? Because you want one and like the look of it and there is nothing that can really go wrong with a purely mechanical mod. So a vital bit of back up equipment for a Vaper
