Turnaround from ecig vendors imo is fantastic for the price, try getting a 1-2-3 day delivery from company's like amazon, argos etc etc without spending £6.00+

Mmmm, you say about our expectations but some vendors do get stuff you the next day, so it proves it can be done. To me they prove that if you get your order to them by 2pm it is generally with you the next day. Or maybe those vendors (vape escape) just works much, much harder? I don't disagree Siffy . . . but it shouldn't be considered the norm. I also think it's a bit harsh and a tad unfair to infer that any Vendor who doesn't get a delivery to a customer by the next day is in some way slacking! None of us know what circumstances Vendors work under, nor indeed how swiftly Royal Mail may handle any parcels they send. To be fair I never said slacking, just that working harder means they go that extra mile.

I don't disagree Siffy . . . but it shouldn't be considered the norm. I also think it's a bit harsh and a tad unfair to infer that any Vendor who doesn't get a delivery to a customer by the next day is in some way slacking! None of us know what circumstances Vendors work under, nor indeed how swiftly Royal Mail may handle any parcels they send. To be fair I never said slacking, just that working harder means they go that extra mile. It infers they aren't hard working Siffy whichever way you look at it, which I feel to be rather unfair. We've no idea of the number of staff LT have in comparison to Vape Escape processing orders, as well as the other factors I've already mentioned. Recently I waited 3 weeks for an order on Amazon to be delivered, the items it transpired were out of stock. When my parcel was finally delivered, that took another week. I thanked my lucky stars that the majority of my online shopping is for vaping related supplies, which even if they take several days to reach me is still offering a good service to customers.

We will indeed Siffy . . . as I think it not only unfair but unreasonable when we don't know the circumstances behind either business being mentioned on this thread. There are many of us who feel that LT offers a good, acceptable standard of service. Everyone has a choice with whom they spend their money with and if you don't feel the service will met your expectations, then don't shop with them. It's as simple as that.

last week's LT order was spot-on, this week's there's a delay noted on the homepage and the checkout page, so no surprise it's not here yet... think (and I've said this before) that it's probably a combination of still settling down after the move and being (deservedly) busy. As others have said above, don't beat them up over it, just be a bit more realistic in your expectations (and for those who can't be, never order direct from China )

I've used them twice. Stuff always arrived quickly. Sent an email off to ask a question and got a reply within an hour.
Can't say fairer than that really.
Have to say in general the customer service from vaping vendors is amazing. Email updates. Extremely quick dispatch times. I ordered from vaping king and liquid dreams late Tuesday night. Stuff arrived this morning.
Only time I've had a bad experience was ordering from alba. Ordered. Got an email telling me stuff I ordered wasn't in stock then got huffy because I wanted a zero nic juice as a replacement. Was told They sell mixing stuff for that. But they'd do it that once. Paid almost £7 for delivery and waited over a week for it.
I've ordered from a crap ton of vendors and have gotten top notch service from 99.9% of them.

I have ordered from a fair number of vendors too and have generally found service to be extremely good with all of them. I also think it is very good of vendors to let us know when there is going to be a delay. I think sometimes we forget that many of these vendors are not on the scale of companies such as Amazon and they sometimes have unexpected things happen without the extra staff to cover.

I think it is they r very busy, when i first ordered from them 19/11/12 my order number was 24 infact i got a email from Flemming 2 say i was there 1st english customer, since then i have put orders in about every month 26/12/12 order 51, the business has grown fast the last order was 26/7/13 and the order number was 5290,

I guess it boils down to your definition and expectations of a " glowing experience " Siffy, we'll all have different opinions on what we feel is acceptable or otherwise. Personally, I'll always cut a Vendor some slack if they've done their best to keep me informed of any possible delays, I also accept that once an item has been posted it's down to Royal Mail or whatever delivery service is used to get my goods to me. Similarly, I also appreciate that no matter how hard someone may work my order may take a time to get to me, that others may feel is unacceptable. That's life, we can't all agree on everything all the time. I do feel however that this thread is going round in circles now and there's nothing to be achieved by leaving it open, therefore I am locking it.
