Depends what juice I've been using. Sometimes just a quick rinse out with warm water , sometimes a soak in vodka first (hate the stuff and am glad to have finally found a use for the dust covered bottles in the cupboard). I don't worry about drying them out too much.

Ooh dear, I'm the fussy old woman of the bunch with mine!
I wash them in hot-as-I-can-stand water under the tap several times, try to blow out most of the remaining stuff, soak them all day in a denture tab, wash under the tap again, then soak in water for about an hour. Then I blow out the liquid again and stand them upright on the windowsill to dry.
Next morning I blow on them again and vape off the water.
I'm also addicted to dry-burning them and if a lot of crud burns off, it smells all burnt and nasty so I repeat the soaking in denture tab and in water.
Don't you lot find that if you don't dry them out, you get a lot of bubbling noises and no vape?

I rince mine with water, remove the air pipe from the top of the atomizer, remove abd sometimes replace the flavour wicks then dryburn the coils until they have no visable gunk then rince and burn dry, reassemble and use.

Not sure if I should or not but I use white vinegar. Steep them overnight then rinse with water and dry with paper towels. Someone recommended it to me and haven't had any problems doing it.

When you buy a tank from here gr-modders.com/shop/en/21-trap-tank-v2-by-kir-fanis.htmlit recommends cleaning in hot water with vinegar I use hot water and vinegar to clean window and glass around the house too

I see a lot of people saying they soak overnight with a denture tablet, but on the ones I bought (Morrisons own) it says not to soak dentures with metal parts for longer than 20 minutes. Am I safe to ignore this? I've only been doing 20 mins at a time but I'm not sure if it's getting the gunk off. On the other hand I don't want to wreck my clearos!

I hated the denture tab soak, tasted pants as I could still taste it even after a dry burn.

never soak any atty always run under the tap blow off excess water then if long wicks dry with paper towel and dry burn if you not changing liquid if you looking for simplicity buy some new heads other wise learn to dry burn but to do this properly on the evod you have to remove the air tube and the second wick (which will need replacing)

You can always use plain bicarbonate of soda Siffy, if the denture tablet taste bothers you . . . that's what they're largely made from anyway. Most large supermarkets sell it in pots in the Baking aisle. Which can be a very useful area for a Vaper.

I just do what punisher advises now, and I just wash with no soak. My iclear 30 atty lasted over two weeks so was very pleased.
